基于模糊理论的猪舍环境控制系统的设计与研究

【摘要】 随着国民经济的发展,居民对肉类食品的需求也逐年增长,为了保障肉类产品持续健康的发展,国家逐步加大了对生猪养殖行业的投入,规模化、集约化的养殖方式成为了重要发展方向。良好的养殖环境、适宜的温度、湿度等气候条件可以大大的提升仔猪的成活率、扩繁肉猪的产能及提高猪肉的质量,因此,猪舍环境控制系统成为影响生猪生产的关键性因素。本文以模糊理论为基础,搭建猪舍环境控制系统平台,建立环境调控模型,并对其进行深入分析和研究。主要的研究工作如下:首先,介绍了猪舍环境控制系统的组成和结构,确立以Big Dutchman公司生产的气候电脑为核心的猪舍控制系统的设计方案,同时,对系统的硬件部分进行深入的研究和分析,为优化控制方案奠定了基础。其次,着重对模糊理论及其控制算法在环境控制系统内的应用进行了深入的分析和研究。基于能量守恒定律,建立猪舍环境控制系统数学模型,仿真验证温度模糊控制器得出相应结果。最后,通过验证猪舍环境小气候模型,得到的实际值与仿真值误差较小,此环境模型可以用于猪舍小气候环境的研究,以温度模糊控制器为核心的环境控制系统可以有效控制舍内环境参数,并在仿真试验中得到了验证,达到预期的控制目标。
【Abstract】 With the development of the national economy,people demand for meat also increased year by year,in order to ensure sustained and healthy development of meat products,the country gradually increased the investment in pig farming industry,scale and intensive farming methods become an important development direction.Good breeding environment,appropriate temperature,appropriate humidity and other weather conditions can effectively improve the health status of pigs,reproductive capacity and the output of pork.Therefore,the environmental control of the breeding environment-piggery become the key factors which influencing the production of pork.Based on the fuzzy theory,build a piggery environmental control system platform;establish environmental regulation model,and carries on the thorough analysis and research.The main research work is as follows:First,introduce the composition and structure of piggery environmental control system;establish the climate computer of Big Dutchman as the core of the design scheme of the control system piggery.In-depth research and analysis on the hardware part of the system;this laid a foundation optimization for control system.Second,focus on the fuzzy theory and its application in the control algorithm in the environmental control system carried on the thorough analysis and research.Based on the law of conservation of energy;establish mathematical mode of the piggery environmental control system;simulation and verification temperature fuzzy controller.Finally,based on the simulation and verification of the piggery environment microclimate model,get the pigpen temperature simulation and the measured temperature difference within the error range can be accepted,the environment model can accurately simulate the piggery microclimate environment,temperature fuzzy controller as the core of environmental control system can effectively control the inner environment parameters,and verified in the simulation test,achieve the desired control objective.
