T公司小功率光伏逆变器装配生产线优化研究

【摘要】 本文总结了国内外学者对装配生产线平衡问题的研究成果,运用传统工业工程方法和遗传算法,对T公司小功率光伏逆变器装配生产线进行了优化,取得了较为良好的效果,提高了该装配线的效率。首先本文在对文献理论进行简介和综述的基础上,介绍了装配生产线的基本概念、术语以及平衡问题的分类及评价标准,传统工业工程方法的具体内容,遗传算法的相关应用等。结合作者在T公司的实习经历,对该公司500kw膜电容光伏逆变器装配生产线进行了描述,提出了本文装配线平衡优化的问题。接下来,使用传统工业工程的方法对装配线进行了初步改善,降低了各个工位的标准作业时间,缩短了生产周期。然后,为进一步优化,本文构建了工位负荷均衡化的数学模型,编写了matlab环境下的双种群遗传算法代码,并进行了算例验证,表明程序运行良好,可以运用到本文研究的课题中进行模拟仿真优化。最后,根据模拟运行的结果得出初步改善方案,并考虑生产现场实际操作情况进行调整,得到了人工调整后的改善方案。对改善前、传统工业工程方法改善后、遗传算法改善后以及人工调整后的生产状况进行全方面的对比和评价,证明了本文的优化方案可行有效。本文采用传统工业工程方法和遗传算法对T公司装配生产线平衡问题进行了改善研究。该研究结果表明本文中的研究方法在解决类似装配线平衡问题中具有一定借鉴意义,对提高企业生产效率和行业竞争力有良好的效果。
【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the research findings of the domestic and foreign scholars on the assembly line balancing,using the traditional methods of industrial engineering and genetic algorithm.And it optimizes low power PV inverter’s assembly line of T company,having obtained good results and improved the efficiency of assembly line.First,on the basis of brief introductions and overviews of literature theory,this paper introduces the basic concept,terminology and the classification and evaluation criteria of assembly line,the details of the traditional industrial engineering,the related application and so on.With the author’s internship experience at T company,it describes the assembly line of 500 kw PV inverter and raises the question of the assembly line optimization.Then,the assembly line was improved by using the traditional industrial engineering methods.The standard operating time of each station and the production cycle have been shorted.And then,for further optimization,build station load balancing model and write code under the double population genetic algorithm by the MATLAB compiler.In addition,numerical simulation proves that the program runs well and it can be used to simulate the optimization in this thesis.Finally,according to the results of the simulation,make the preliminary improvement plan.Considering the actual operation of the production sites,adjust the preliminary improvement plan and get a new plan.This paper compares and evaluates the production status of before and after improvement.It is proved that the optimization of this paper is feasible and effective.This paper adopts traditional industrial engineering method and genetic algorithm to improve the balancing problem of assembly line of T company.The research results show that the research method in this paper has some reference value in solving the problem of similar assembly line balancing and good effects on improving the productivity and competitiveness of enterprises.
