【摘要】 近几年来,随着区块链技术的不断更新换代,区块链应用的业务场景越来越多。越来越多的从业人员开始关注区块链技术,并积极的搭建自己的区块链项目,甚至有些业内专家预言说区块链技术可能掀起互联网的第二次革命。就目前来说,区块链技术以其去中心化、开放性、自恰性、信息不可篡改、匿名性等特点,应用在法律行业,电力行业,金融行业等等。而在医疗保险行业之中,保险公司与投保人之间经常出现纠纷,纠纷的缘由可能是投保人提供虚假的个人信息骗保,要么是保险双方在理赔的过程中对于免责条款的认定有所不同。随着医疗信息数字化,可以将医疗信息数据存储在区块链中,这些数据真实可靠,无法篡改,实时同步。这样对于投保人以及保险公司的管理将带来莫大好处。在上述背景下,针对医疗保险领域,设计并实现一套基于区块链智能合约的医疗保险系统。首先,深入分析了区块技术,具体有hash算法(SHA256算法)、加密技术(主要是非对称加密算法)、分布式共识机制、Merkle树、以及区块链的构成等。通过研究以太坊以及其中涉及到的智能合约技术,可以运用搭建私有链的方式构建自己的区块链应用。具体方式为以私有链生成各个节点,将智能合约部署到私有链上,借助区块链私有链的去中心化,数据不可篡改,以及信息的可追溯性的特点,使得保险以及医疗数据的存储更加安全,保险的赔付更加值得信赖。其次,编写医疗保险方面的智能合约。具体为患者通过系统购买保险合同,并可以实时的查询自己的理赔情况,医疗机构通过平台系统上传患者的医疗健康信息,或者提交患者的医疗支付信息,保险公司通过平台制定患者的专属保险合同,或者对患者进行医疗赔付。最后,以智能合约为核心,开发了基于此的一套医疗保险系统,本系统具有清晰的赔付体系,为用户带来良好的用户体验,证明了此项研究的意义和价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the continuous upgrading of block chain technology,block chain business scene is more and more.More and more practitioners begin to pay close attention to block chain technology,and actively build their own block chain project,even some industry experts predicted that block chain technology may bring about the second revolution of the Internet.For now,block chain technology with its decentralized,openness,self-contained,not tamper with the information,anonymity and other characteristics,application in the legal industry,power industry,the financial industry and so on.And in the medical insurance industry,insurance company and policy-holder disputes often occurs,the cause of the dispute may be policy-holder to provide false information insurance fraud,or insurance both sides in the process of claim for the cognizance of the disclaimer is different.With the digitalization of medical information,medical information data can be stored in a block chain,these data is reliable,cannot be tampered with,real-time synchronization.So with policy-holder and insurance company management will bring great benefits.Under the above background,in view of the field of medical treatment insurance,designed and implemented a set of medical insurance system based on intelligent block chain contracts.First,the thorough analysis of the block technique,a specific hash algorithm(SHA256 algorithm),encryption technology(mainly asymmetric encryption algorithm),distributed consensus mechanism,Merkle tree,and block chain,etc.By studying the etheric fang and intelligent contract technology involved,you can use to build private chain way to build your own block chain applications.Specific ways for private chain generates various nodes,will be deployed into the private intelligence contract chain,using block chain private chain of decentralization,data cannot be tampered with,and the characteristic of the information of traceability,make insurance as well as the storage of medical data more secure,insurance compensation is more reliable.Second,the intelligent medical insurance contracts.Specific for patients through the system to purchase the insurance contract,and can be real-time query their claims,medical institutions through the platform system to upload the patient’s health information,or submit the patient’s medical payment information,the insurance company through the platform to develop the patient’s exclusive insurance contract,or give patients with medical claims.Finally,with intelligent contracts as the core,has developed a set of medical insurance system based on this,this system has a clear system of pay,bring a good user experience for the user,proved that the study of meaning and value.更多还原
