基于商业智能的医疗卫生资源决策支持系统分析与设计

【摘要】 【目的】本论文的研究目的主要是在系统分析区域卫生资源管理需求的基础上,以卫生统计信息为数据支撑,分析并设计基于商业智能的医疗卫生资源决策支持系统,分析并设计查询监管、评估分析、趋势预测等医疗卫生资源数据分析模块,并以可视化图形展示的方式,实现信息使用者能够全面直观的了解医疗卫生资源管理情况,从而提供更科学有效的决策支持。【方法】本文运用文献研究法、软件工程方法、专家咨询法等研究方法,对卫生资源现状以及卫生领域决策支持系统的研究现状进行了分析与梳理,结合卫生统计数据的研究现状,提出构建基于商业智能技术的卫生资源管理的决策支持系统的功能需求。对卫生资源管理决策场景模型进行进一步梳理细化,从卫生资源查询、评估、预测三个主题进行模型的梳理,同时结合商业智能技术对系统原型进行了简单的实现。【结果】本文基于商业智能技术,结合湖北省医疗卫生资源统计数据,做了以下研究,研究结果如下:1.对卫生资源决策支持系统进行了用户的需求分析和功能结构设计。发现该系统面向的主题主要为卫生资源的配置规划,主要实现的功能为查询监管、评估分析和趋势预测三个,并在此基础上对系统的结构体系进行了分析设计,为之后的原型实现提供了支持。2.在对系统设计的基础上,对系统功能模块实现所需要的模型进行了梳理和模拟实现,并在此基础上对系统模型库的实现方法进行了研究。3.通过对系统构建过程中涉及到的相关概念和主要技术进行了梳理和研究学习,并根据卫生资源决策支持系统的具体功能需求,完成了系统的总体功能结构设计、ETL流程设计、数据仓库逻辑结构设计、多维数据分析系统以及模型库和系统界面设计。【结论】本研究结合商业智能技术对卫生资源决策支持系统原型进行了简单的实现。从而可以通过可视化平台为管理决策者提供实时、多层次的决策依据,充分发挥信息化的优势来实现高效决策的目的,从而能为卫生领域其他方面辅助决策系统的深入研究提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 [Purpose] The purpose of this paper is to analyze and design the decision support system of medical and health resources based on business intelligence on the basis of systematic analysis of the demand of regional health resources management and health statistics information.It also analyses and designs the data analysis modules of medical and health resources such as query,supervision,evaluation,analysis and trend prediction,and displays them with visual graphics.In order to provide more scientific and effective decision support,information users can fully and intuitively understand the management of medical and health resources.[Methods] By using the methods of literature research,software engineering and expert consultation,this paper analyzed and sorted out the current situation of health resources and the research status of health decision support system.Combining with the research status of health statistics,the functional requirements of the decision support system for health resources management based on business intelligence technology were put forward.The scenario model of health resource management decision-making is further sorted out and refined.The model is sorted out from the three topics of health resource query,evaluation and prediction.At the same time,the system prototype is simply implemented with business intelligence technology.[Results] Based on business intelligence technology and combined with the statistical data of medical and health resources in Hubei Province,the following research results were made.The results are as follows:1.The demand analysis and functional structure design of health resource decision support system are carried out.It is found that the main theme of the system is health resource allocation planning.The main functions of the system are query supervision,evaluation analysis and trend prediction.On this basis,the structure of the system is analyzed and designed,which provides support for the subsequent prototype implementation.2.On the basis of the system design,the models needed for the realization of the system functional modules are sorted out and simulated.On this basis,the implementation method of the system model library is studied.3.By sorting out and studying the related concepts and main technologies involved in the process of system construction,and according to the specific functional requirements of health resource decision support system,the overall functional structure design,ETL process design,logical structure design of data warehouse,multidimensional data analysis system,model base and system interface design of the system are completed.[Conclusions] The prototype of health resource decision support system is implemented simply by using business intelligence technology.Thus,the visualization platform can provide real-time and multi-level decision-making basis for managerial decision-makers,and give full play to the advantages of information technology to achieve the purpose of efficient decision-making,so as to provide a reference basis for the in-depth study of assistant decision-making system in other areas of health.
