基于大数据平台的医疗健康数据分析与应用模式研究

【摘要】 【目的】建立科学完善的医疗健康大数据分析应用模式对促进医疗健康大数据应用有重要意义。本文在比较传统数据仓库的数据分析方式后,结合医疗健康大数据特点及应用需求,设计基于大数据平台的医疗健康数据分析应用模式。本文研究的主要目标:详细描述医疗健康领域的大数据应用主题、对传统数据仓库的数据分析方式进行分析、提出基于大数据平台的医疗健康数据分析应用模式,最后以糖尿病为例进行治疗方案选择应用对数据分析应用模式进行实践。【方法】本文采用了文献研究法、实地调研法、数据科学方法和专家咨询法。利用文献研究法了解大数据平台及其技术,以及分析传统数据仓库的数据分析方式的局限性。采用实地调研法了解医疗健康大数据应用现状和应用需求,明确应用主体和场景,并具体描述医疗健康大数据的应用主题内容。利用数据科学方法对基于大数据平台的数据分析应用过程进行研究。利用专家咨询法对建立的基于大数据平台的医疗健康数据分析应用流程、以及描述的医疗健康大数据应用主题进行咨询,根据专家意见对它们进行修改完善。【结果】⑴医疗健康大数据的应用主体分为居民、医院、基层医疗机构、公共卫生机构、卫生行政部门和医疗卫生相关部门6种;应用场景分为公共卫生、医疗服务、医疗保障、药品管理、人口发展、综合管理、产业发展和互联网+8种。⑵对医疗健康大数据的应用主题进行了详细描述。⑶对传统数据仓库的数据分析方式的框架进行介绍,并总结了其在大数据环境下的局限性。⑷设计了基于大数据平台的医疗健康数据分析流程,分为4个部分:数据采集、数据整合、数据分析和数据应用展现。⑸糖尿病患者治疗方案选择应用中将患者分为5类,并计算出各类中包含项数最多中支持度最高的频繁项集。【结论】⑴基于大数据平台的医疗健康数据分析与应用模式分为两部分:第一部分是医疗健康大数据的应用主题;第二部分是基于大数据平台的医疗健康数据分析处理。首先明确医疗健康大数据来源,之后明确医疗健康大数据的应用主题,最后基于大数据平台来对医疗健康大数据进行分析处理来实现应用。⑵传统数据仓库的数据分析应用方式在数据移动成本、数据变化性和硬件成本等问题上有局限性。相比较于传统数据仓库的分析应用方式,基于大数据平台的医疗健康数据分析应用模式结合大数据的存储、处理和分析技术更适合于现在医疗健康大数据的特点以及应用需求。(3)医疗大数据的数据整合较复杂,需要处理多源异构系统数据,并注意医疗数据的隐私保护问题。(4)医疗健康数据分析应用模式的设计可以有效的帮助对医疗健康大数据的分析应用,其中的分析方法设计及数据处理最为关键。

【Abstract】 [Objective] Establishing a scientific and perfect application model of medical health data analysis is of great significance for promoting the application of medical health data.After being familiar with the technology of big data platform and comparing the data analysis methods of traditional data warehouse,this paper designs the application mode of medical health data analysis based on big data platform according to the characteristics and application requirements of medical health big data.The main research objectives of this paper are: to describe in detail the theme of large data application in the field of medical health,to analyze the data analysis mode of traditional data warehouse,to put forward the application mode of medical health data analysis based on large data platform,and finally to practice the application mode of data analysis in the case of diabetes mellitus.[Methods] This paper adopts the methods of literature research,field investigation,data science and expert consultation.Using literature research method to understand the big data platform and its technology,and to analyze the limitations of traditional data warehouse data analysis methods.Field survey was used to understand the current situation and application requirements of medical health big data,to define the application subject and scenario,and to describe the application theme of medical health big data.The application process of data analysis based on large data platform is studied by using data science method.The expert consultation method is used to consult the application process of medical health data analysis based on the big data platform and the theme of medical health big data application described,and to modify and improve them according to the experts’ opinions.[Results](1)The application subjects of the big data of medical and health are divided into six categories: residents,hospitals,primary medical institutions,public health institutions,health and family planning departments and relevant medical and health departments;the application scenarios are divided into eight categories: public health,medical services,medical security,drug management,family planning,comprehensive management,industrial development and Internet+8.(2)Detailed description of the application theme of medical and health data.(3)Introduce the framework of data analysis in traditional data warehouse,and summarize its limitations in large data environment.(4)The application model of medical health data analysis based on big data platform is designed,which is divided into four parts: data acquisition,data integration,data analysis and data application display.In the application of treatment options for diabetic patients,patients are divided into five categories,and the frequent itemsets with the highest support among the categories are calculated.[Conclusions](1)The analysis and application mode of medical health data based on big data platform is divided into two parts: the first part is the application theme of medical health big data;the second part is the analysis and processing of medical health data based on big data platform.Firstly,the sources of big data of medical health are defined,and then the application theme of big data of medical health is defined.Finally,the big data of medical health is analyzed and processed based on big data platform to realize the application.(2)Traditional data warehouse data analysis applications have limitations on data mobility costs,data variability and hardware costs.Compared with the traditional data warehouse analysis and application mode,the application mode of medical health data analysis based on large data platform combined with the storage,processing and analysis technology of large data is more suitable for the characteristics and application requirements of large medical health data.(3)The data integration of large medical data is complex.It is necessary to deal with multi-source heterogeneous system data and pay attention to the privacy protection of medical data.(4)The design of the application mode of medical health data analysis can effectively help the analysis and application of large medical health data,among which the design of analysis method and data processing are the most critical.
