【摘要】 腐败现象从古至今都是毒害社会机体的恶性肿瘤,不断侵蚀着民众对政府的信任,阻碍社会事业的健康发展。十八大以来,党和政府以坚定的决心、严厉的手段着重开展了反腐肃纪工作,有力地清除了许多重大隐患,形成了反腐斗争压倒性态势。在此背景下,广大青年群体尤其是兼具90后与00后特征的95后青年群体作为未来社会发展的主力军,他们对我国当前反腐工作的主观感知既是评价政府反腐工作成效的重要依据,也是反映这一群体思想政治状况的重要参考。本文以多中心治理理论、“把关人”理论和顾客感知价值理论为基础,从影响民众对反腐工作评价的众多因素中总结选取了文化层面的公平感、腐败容忍度和官方媒介接触三个主要因素,以此来探讨这些因素对我国95后青年群体反腐工作感知度的影响状况。采用线上与线下问卷调查的方式收集到616份有效问卷,运用SPSS21.0进行数据分析,结果显示公平感、腐败容忍度和官方媒介接触与95后青年群体反腐工作感知度显著正相关。其中腐败容忍度的影响程度最大,公平感的影响程度次之,官方媒介接触对95后青年群体的反腐工作感知度的影响程度最小。基于此,本文提出几点建议:一是持续提升反腐绩效,着力狠抓“四风”建设。在严厉打击腐败问题不放松、进一步完善法规制度建设的同时持续强化作风建设,重抓严整“四风”问题。二是坚定维护公平正义,切实回应民生需求。一方面要大力发展经济建设、着力促进收入公平,另一方面也要协调推进公共服务。三是优化思想引领方式,营造腐败零容忍文化。通过打造权威可信的官媒平台、广泛开展生动形象的廉政宣传教育活动,营造出一种腐败零容忍的社会氛围。在95后青年群体中树立清廉公正的政府形象,引导他们理性客观的看待社会问题和反腐工作实际成效,不断提升反腐工作感知水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since ancient times,corruption has been a malignant tumor that poisons the social body,constantly eroding the public’s trust in the government and hindering the healthy development of social undertakings.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party and the government have carried out anti-corruption and discipline work with firm determination and strict means,effectively eliminating many major hidden dangers and forming an overwhelming trend in the anti-corruption struggle.In this context,the broad youth group,especially the post-95 youth group,with the characteristics of post-90 s and post-00 s,are the main force of future social development,their subjective perception of China’s current anti-corruption work,is not only an important basis for evaluating the performance of the government’s anti-corruption work,but also an important reference for reflecting the ideological and political situation of this group.Based on the Multi-center governance theory,the "Gatekeeper" theory and the Customer perceived value theory,this paper summarizes the three main factors of fairness,corruption tolerance and official media contact frequency at the cultural level from the many factors affecting individual evaluation of anti-corruption work.And on this basis,we will study the influence of these factors on the perception of anti-corruption work of post-95 youth group.616 valid questionnaires were collected by online and offline questionnaires,and SPSS21.0 was used for data analysis.The results showed that fairness,corruption tolerance and official media contact frequency were significantly positively correlated with post-95 youth group’s perception of anti-corruption work.Among these factors,corruption tolerance has the greatest impact,the degree of influence of fairness is second,official media contact frequency has the least impact on the anti-corruption perception of post-95 youth group.Based on this paper,several suggestions are put forward: Firstly,continue to improve anti-corruption performance and focus on rectifying the "four winds" issue.Strengthen the work style construction while strictly cracking down on corruption and further improving the construction of laws and regulations.Secondly,firmly maintain fairness and justice and seriously respond to the needs of the people.On the basis of vigorously developing economic construction and focusing on promoting income equity,promote the development of public service undertakings in a coordinated manner.Thirdly,optimize the propaganda and education methods and create a culture of zero tolerance for corruption.Create an authoritative and credible official media platform,use vivid images to promote the education of a clean and honest culture,and create a social atmosphere of zero tolerance for corruption.Establish a clean and fair government image for the post-95 youth group,guide them to look at the social problems and the actual results of anti-corruption work from a rational and objective perspective,and continuously improve their perception of anti-corruption work.更多还原
