【摘要】 推进一二三产融合发展,是促进农民增收、构建现代农业产业体系、建设现代化农村的重要举措之一,是加快拓展农业功能、转变农业发展方式、探索中国特色农业现代化道路的必然要求。近些年河北省政府不断强调一二三产融合,并加大支持力度,推动一二三产深度融合。本文以河北省桃产业为研究对象,总结概括河北省桃产业一二三产融合的模式,对推动河北省经济发展有重要的现实意义。本文以产业融合理论为基础,通过对河北省桃产业主产区进行实地调研,了解河北省桃产业一二三产融合的现状,针对河北省桃产业一二三产融合现阶段发展情况提出产业融合模式新思路,并运用德尔菲法、模糊层次分析法建立起河北省桃产业一二三产融合模式指标体系,并对河北省桃产业一二三产融合模式进行评价。论文分为五部分,第一部分为引言和产业融合的概念界定及理论基础;第二部分从种植面积、产量、种植品种方面分析河北省桃产业生产现状的现状,从加工企业数量、产值、转型升级方面分析河北省桃产业的加工现状的现状,从休闲园区数量、收入、电子商务方面分析河北省桃产业服务现状,从一二三产结构、桃产业处于发展阶段分析河北省桃产业一二三产业融合现状;第三部分在对河北省桃产业进行实地调研,并进行系统分析,总结概括目前河北省桃产业一二三产融合的四种模式;第四部分主要是建立河北省桃产业一二三产融合模式评价体系,并对四种模式进行评价;第五部分针对河北省桃产业一二三产融合模式,提出模式选择和模式优化的建议。本文的研究结论包括:(1)河北省桃产业一二三产融合快速发展,但是仍处于融合初级阶段,需从桃全产业链探索深度融合发展;(2)区域多产业融合是目前河北省桃产业一二三产融合模式中发展较为好的模式,其次是电子商务融合模式,桃园康养模式,桃园综合体模式;(3)河北省桃产业一二三产融合模式选择和优化的建议为:突出差异化定位,因地制宜选择;建设融合发展示范区,推进区域多产业融合模式;打造桃文化旅游品牌,鼓励桃园综合体模式;发展产业科技联盟,探索加工带动融合模式;加快全产业链要素融合,创新产业融合模式。本文的创新点:(1)总结归纳了河北省桃产业一二三融合的四种模式,区域多产业融合模式、桃园综合体模式、电子商务引领型模式和桃园康养模式,并分别对这四种模式的内涵、特点、优势、发展中应该注意的问题进行了总结;(2)创建了河北省桃产业一二三产融合模式评价指标体系,对河北省桃产业一二三产融合模式进行了评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Promoting the integration of production of the first,second and third generations is one of the important measures to promote farmers’ income,build a modern agricultural industrial system,and build a modern rural area.It is an inevitable requirement for accelerating the expansion of agricultural functions,transforming agricultural development methods,and exploring the road to agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics.In recent years,the Hebei provincial government has continuously emphasized the integration of the first,second and third generations,and increased support to promote the deep integration of the first,second and third generations.This paper takes the peach industry in Hebei Province as the research object,summarizes and summarizes the model of the integration of the first and second production of peach industry in Hebei Province,and has important practical significance for promoting the economic development of Hebei Province.Based on the theory of industrial integration,this paper conducts field research on the main production areas of peach industry in Hebei Province,and understands the current situation of the integration of the first and second generations of peach industry in Hebei Province,and proposes an industry for the current development of the integration of the first and second production of peach industry in Hebei Province.Combining the new ideas of the model,and using the Delphi method and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to establish the indicator system of the integration pattern of the peach industry in Hebei Province,and evaluating the fusion model of the peach industry in Hebei Province.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is the definition and theoretical basis of the introduction and industrial integration.The second part analyzes the status quo of peach production in Hebei Province from the aspects of planting area,yield and planting variety,from the quantity,output value and transformation of processing enterprises.The status quo of the processing of peach industry in Hebei Province is analyzed.The status quo of peach industry in Hebei Province is analyzed from the number of leisure parks,income and e-commerce.The structure of peach production in the first and second generations is analyzed.The third part is the integration of the three industries;the third part is to conduct on-the-spot investigation of the peach industry in Hebei Province,and carry out systematic analysis,summarizing the current four models of the integration of the first and second production of peach industry in Hebei Province;the fourth part is mainly to establish the peach industry in Hebei Province.The first,second and third production integration model evaluation system,and the evaluation of the four models;the fifth part is aimed at the integration model of the peach industry in Hebei Province,and proposes mode selection and mode optimization.The conclusions of this paper include:(1)The rapid integration of the production of the first and second generations of peach industry in Hebei Province,but still in the initial stage of integration,it is necessary to explore the deep integration and development from the peach industry chain;(2)Regional multi-industry integration is currently Hebei Province The peach industry has a better model for the integration of the first,second and third generations of production,followed by the e-commerce integration model,the Taoyuan Kangyang model,and the Taoyuan complex model;(3)the selection and optimization of the blending model of the peach industry in Hebei Province.To: highlight differentiated positioning,choose according to local conditions;build a mixed development demonstration zone,promote regional multi-industry integration mode;build a peach culture tourism brand,encourage the Taoyuan complex model;develop industrial technology alliance,explore processing-driven integration model;accelerate the entire industry chain Factor integration,innovative industry integration model.The innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)summarizing the four models of the integration of peach industry in Hebei Province,the regional multi-industry integration model,the Taoyuan complex model,the e-commerce leading model and the Taoyuan Kangyang model,and The connotation,characteristics,advantages and problems that should be paid attention to during the development of the four models are summarized.(2)The evaluation index system of the integration pattern of the peach industry in Hebei Province was established,and the fusion model of the peach industry in Hebei Province did an evaluation.更多还原
