废旧白色家电中混合塑料的在线近红外光电分选回收
On-line Recycling of Plastic from Waste White-appliances with the Near-infrared Spectroscopy

【摘要】 在所有废旧家电中,废旧白色家电塑料因其中含有的染色剂少,可回收利用价值较高,且回收纯度决定了其回收价值。因此,研究绿色无污染的废旧白色家电塑料回收技术具有重要意义。本文将近红外光电识别技术应用于在线分选废旧白色家电塑料中的主要成分聚苯乙烯塑料(PS)、丙烯晴-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物塑料(ABS)和聚丙烯塑料(PP)。将近红外光谱分析识别技术进行在线化应用,从硬件与软件两方面进行研究与开发,设计并制造了一整套的废旧白色家电塑料的分选回收设备。硬件上进行了平台电气设计、传动系统设计计算、入料结构分析设计以及压缩空气喷离结构设计;软件上着重对近红外光谱的分析算法进行了研究,采用高斯拟合求特征点的方法替代了主成分分析法进行塑料识别,开发了一套适合于废旧白色家电塑料分选的识别算法,极大减少了识别所需要的时间,使得近红外光电识别在线化应用得以实现。利用高频继电器与数据采集卡将软硬件联系起来,从而实现了废旧白色家电混合塑料分选、回收的自动化与高效化。设计实验对影响在线近红外光电分选准确率的三个因素:皮带传送速度、近红外光谱仪积分时间t和光纤探头与皮带间的距离?1)进行了分析与研究,再经过统计分析得到优化的设备参数,使得分选准确率达到了99%以上。基于优化过的参数,选取江苏地区为研究范围,对应用废旧白色家电塑料在线近红外光电分选设备的产能进行了评估与经济模型计算,为其工业层面上的应用奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Among all the waste household appliances,the waste white household appliances are more valuable to be recycled for the less content of stain.Meanwhile,the purity of the recycled plastic will determine the value of the recycled plastic,thus,the study on recycling waste white household appliances are very important.This article did the research on recycling ABS,PS and PP from waste white household appliances utilizing the near-infrared analyzing technology.This research combined the near-infrared analyzing software with the hardware control and established an equipment to separate and recycle ABS,PS and PP from waste white household appliances.For the hardware design,the feeding system and the outcome system were analyzed;for the software design,mainly studied the near-infrared spectral analysis algorithm.Based on the above studies,established the equipment of separation the recycling ABS,PS and PP from waste white household appliances,in order to automate the recycling process.Several experiments were designed to analyze the three factors(belt speed,integration time t and height of the fibre-optics probe?1))that influenced the accuracy and purity of the separation system and products.Through the statistical analysis,the optimized parameters were determined that raised the accuracy percent to 99%.Based on the optimized parameters,the production estimation and economic assessments in Jiangsu Provence were given which will provide the industrial applications with suggests.
