【摘要】 伴随着经济的发展和科技的进步,消费者对于产品的需求日益向多元化的方向发展,传统的生产模式已经无法满足市场的需求,需要生产企业不断创新生产模式。模块化生产模式成为解决该问题的主要方式。离心泵作为重要的流体控制设备,广泛应用于水处理,石油石化,天然气以及电力生产等行业。泵在整个工业流程当中起着如同人类“心脏”一样重要的作用。泵市场前景异常广阔,泵业市场竞争的国际化日益加深,且越发激烈。本文基于S公司的生产管理案例,围绕S公司的生产特性,现有资源,结合模块化思想,提出改造S公司现有流程的思路和构想,以及采用模块化思想改造后所能够带来的便利,以解决目前S公司所面临的高库存,迟交货的困境。本文主要通过国际和国内背景发现模块化生产的趋势,并结合S公司复杂的产品构成,尚未标准化的产品设计,使得供应链管理复杂,质量不稳定,生产管理异常多,导致交货期过长无法满足市场需求的问题,提出本文的研究问题以及意义。同时,对模块化生产模式相关理论的阐释,并对分析S公司产品和生产流程现状的基础上识别出生产管理中存在的核心问题。并从客户的多元化需求出发,运用模块化理论实施采购、指导生产以及运营的具体过程,提出S公司基于模块化的生产管理系统优化方案。最后,分析S公司进行模块化生产管理改造后的效果,目的在于提升S企业模块化生产管理优化的顺利实施。本文通过对S公司离心泵产品生产的模块化生产模式改进,目的在于用模块化的思维尽最大可能减少成本和时间的浪费,弹性生产,控制S公司的成本及产品质量,为用户提供快速有效的全方位的解决方案。同时,也希望能够为行业中同类型的企业进行生产模式改进提供一定的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the economy and the advancement of science and technology,consumers’ demand for products is increasingly diversified.The traditional production mode can no longer meet the needs of the market,and it is necessary for manufacturers to continuously innovate production models.The modular production model has become the main way to solve this problem.As an important fluid control device,centrifugal pumps are widely used in water treatment,petroleum and petrochemical,natural gas and electric power production industries.Pumps play an important role in the entire industrial process as human "heart".The market prospect of the pump market is extremely broad,and the internationalization of competition in the pump industry is deepening and fiercer.Based on the production management case of S company,this paper focuses on the production characteristics,existing resources and modularization of S company,and proposes the ideas and ideas for transforming the existing process of S company,and the convenience brought by the transformation of modular ideas.In order to solve the current high-inventory,late delivery dilemma faced by S company.This paper mainly discovers the trend of modular production through international and domestic background,and combines the complex product composition of S company.The product design has not been standardized,which makes the supply chain management complex,the quality is unstable,the production management is abnormal,and the delivery time is too long.The problem of market demand cannot be met,and the research questions and significance of this paper are proposed.At the same time,the interpretation of the theory of modular production mode,and the analysis of the current situation of S company products and production processes identify the core problems in production management.Starting from the diversified needs of customers,the modular theory is used to implement the specific process of procurement,guiding production and operation,and the optimization plan of S company based on modular production management system is proposed.Finally,it analyzes the effect of S company’s modular production management transformation and proposes the guarantee measures of S company to implement modular manufacturing,aiming at improving the smooth implementation of S enterprise’s modular production management optimization.This paper improves the modular production mode of S company’s centrifugal pump production.The purpose is to use the modular thinking to minimize the waste of cost and time,flexibly produce,control the cost and product quality of S company,and provide users with fast and effective.A comprehensive solution.At the same time,it also hopes to provide some reference for the improvement of production mode for the same type of enterprises in the industry.更多还原
