基于图像处理的小型激光谐振腔装配系统研制

【摘要】 陀螺仪是广义的导航控制领域内以惯性为原理基础的传感器,环激光陀螺仪则是以光学原理为基础的陀螺仪当中一个重要分支。小型激光陀螺是激光陀螺仪系列中体积最小的产品,具有较低成本、较低功耗、极小体积、极小重量等优点,是理想的小型战术惯性器件。在国内,小型激光陀螺的开发处于研制初期,对于激光谐振腔的装配采取人工手动操作,这对于小尺寸零件的装配有着天然的缺陷和瓶颈,而且无法通过操作经验和技巧的提升而解决。因此,实现自动化装配是小型激光陀螺制造技术的发展需求和重要方向。本文对小型激光谐振腔装配特点进行了剖析,搭建光学成像系统和CCD图像采集系统进行光学图像数字信号的获取。接着分析了光路系统定位精度和成像系统准确性,通过使用计算机LabVIEW软件进行数字图像处理和计算,降低干扰,突出特征,得到小型反射镜装配定位的中心。还搭建了电动多位置移动平台,利用计算机LabVIEW软件控制平台移动,带动小型反射镜对准小型腔体光学中心点进行定位装配。最后对具备功能的系统进行了调试和优化,解决故障、完善功能、提高性能。本文研制的基于图像处理的小型激光谐振腔装配系统,可以将反射镜精确地、自动化地装配到小型腔体的恰当位置上,提高了装配过程的洁净度和一致性,一定程度上解放了人工操作,提高了生产效率,为小型激光陀螺研制积累了经验。
【Abstract】 Gyroscope is a generalized inertial sensor based on inertia principle in the field of navigation.Ring laser gyro is an important branch of the optical gyroscope based on optical principle.The small laser gyro is the smallest volume product in the laser gyroscope series.The small laser gyro is a small ideal tactical inertial device,it has the characteristics of low energy consumption,very low cost,small size and light weight.In China,the research of the small laser gyro is in the initial stage.Manual operation is adopted in the laser resonator assembly,it has natural defects and bottlenecks for the assembly of small size parts,and it can not be solved by improving operation experience and skills.Therefore,automatic assembly is the development demand and important direction of the small laser gyro manufacturing technology.By analyzing the assembly characteristics of the small laser resonator,the optical imaging system and the CCD information acquisition system have been built to obtain the digital signal.The positioning accuracy of optical system and the accuracy of imaging system are analyzed.It can filter interference,protrude characteristics,and can obtain the center point of the small mirror assembly positioning by digital image processing and computation using computer LabVIEW software.An electric multi-position mobile platform has been set up to drive the small mirror to locate the optical center of the small cavity for positioning and assembling,which is controlled by computer LabVIEW software.At last,the system that has the function is debugged and optimized to solve the fault,improve the function and the performance.In this paper,the small laser resonator assembly system based on image processing can assemble the small mirrors accurately and automatically to the small cavity.Which has improved the cleanliness and consistency of the assembly process,and has released the manual labour to some degree,and has improved production efficiency.It has accumulated experience for the research of the small laser gyro.
