【摘要】 习近平总书记在十九大报告中强调,中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾。对于老年退休群体的美好生活需要是实现“老有所养、老有所医、老有所为、老有所学、老有所乐”,这也是《中华人民共和国老年人权益保障法》的规定。就当前而言,对于异地退休人员来说,亦要满足其美好生活需要。退休,对于每一个参与社会劳动的人来说,都是人生中的一个重大转折点,有相当多的退休人员在很长一段时间内,生活会出现诸多问题,尤其是经济方面、行为适应、文化接纳和身份转变等方面都无法融入居住地的改变,对异地退休人员来说,更是一个挑战。如果在短时间不学会重新融入新的社会环境,在一定程度上会影响到老年的生活质量。而如果能顺利调整好状态,适应社会生活,融入新的生活中,那么在一定程度上会有利于退休人员在异地生活的幸福度。本文从社会工作的视角对企业异地退休人员的社会融入问题进行实务过程的探索,帮助异地退休人员解决在社会融入问题上面临的困境,从而更好的融入居住地的生活,获得归属感,提高生活质量。本研究利用社会融入理论作为指导,采用质性研究的方法,以异地退休的企业员工C女士为研究对象,研究以社会融入视角介入异地退休人员的社会融入问题。首先,案例依据社会融入理论的指标框架对案主社会融入问题的表现和原因进行了探索,从经济整合、行为适应、文化接纳、身份认同四个方面收集资料,并且进行社会融入问题预估。其次,运用任务中心模式,展开介入工作,在社会融入理论指导下,社工与案主一起澄清问题,设计任务。然后,在社会融入理论的指导下,利用有针对性的任务,明确目标,实施任务,逐步解决案主问题,提升案主自身潜力,培养案主处理困难的能力。最后,在介入工作的结束阶段进行评估,案主逐渐适应了当前的生活状态,能够很好的融入当前的社区生活中。结案后,通过总结反思,本研究得出结论:个案工作的方式能够有效帮助遇到社会融入问题的退休员工,尤其是从一个地方迁移到另一个地方要重新开启一段生活的异地退休人员。利用社会融入理论指导个案工作,能够分析问题,解决问题,使此类服务更专业更合理的开展,有较好的服务效果。本研究为相关问题的研究提供了实践经验,对异地退休人员的社会融入问题进行了探索,从研究对象上补充了以往对社会融入问题的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 As President Xi Jinping has stressed in the decent-sized report,the Chinese socialism has entered a new era,and the major problems of our society have turned into a conflict that has been transformed into the ever-growing good life of the people,and the great victory of the Chinese socialism in the new era of China,and the great victory of the great society of China in the 19 th national congress of the CPC,the people’s press,2017.For the elderly retired group,the need for a better life is to achieve "the elderly have support,medical care,do,learn and enjoy",which is also the provisions of the law of the People’s Republic of China on the protection of the rights and interests of the elderly.At present,for the retirees in different places,they should also meet their needs for a better life.Retirement,for each person to participate in social labor,is a major turning point in your life,there are quite a number of retired people in a very long period of time,life will appear many problems,especially in economics,behavior,adaptation,cultural acceptance and identity change cannot be integrated into the change of residence,for long-distance retiree,but also a challenge.If you do not learn to re-integrate into the new social environment in a short time,it will affect the quality of life of the elderly to some extent.However,if they can adjust their state smoothly,adapt to social life and integrate into the new lifestyle,then to a certain extent,it will be conducive to the happiness of retirees living in other places.From the perspective of social work,this paper explores the practical process of the social integration of retirees from different places in enterprises,so as to help the retirees from different places to solve their difficulties in social integration,so as to better integrate into the life of the place where they live,obtain a sense of belonging and improve the quality of life.This study uses the social integration theory as a guide,adopts the qualitative research method,takes the enterprise employee C who retires in different places as the object of study,and studies the social integration of the retirees in different places from the perspective of social integration.First,based on the index framework of the social integration theory,the case explores the manifestation and causes of the social integration problem of the subject,collects data from four aspects,namely,economic integration,behavioral adaptation,cultural acceptance and identity recognition,and makes an estimate of the social integration problem.Secondly,using the task-centered model,the social worker is involved in the work.Under the guidance of the social integration theory,the social worker clarifies the problems and designs tasks together with the subject.Then,under the guidance of the theory of social integration,using targeted tasks,clear objectives,implementation of tasks,gradually solve the problem of the subject,improve the subject’s own potential,cultivate the subject’s ability to deal with difficulties.Finally,the evaluation was carried out at the end of the intervention work,and the client gradually adapted to the current living state and could well integrate into the current community life.After the conclusion of the case,through summary and reflection,this study comes to the conclusion that case work can effectively help retired employees who encounter social integration problems,especially those who move from one place to another and need to start a new life.Using social integration theory to guide case work can analyze and solve problems,so that such services can be more professional and reasonable,with better service effect.This study provides practical experience for the study of relevant issues,explores the social integration of retirees from different places,and complements previous studies on social integration from the perspective of research objects.更多还原
