【摘要】 党的十八大以来,党中央高度重视文化建设,将文化建设纳入中国特色社会主义“五位一体”总布局,并提出建设社会主义文化强国的战略任务。“十三五”规划提出,加强非物质文化遗产保护与传承,振兴传统文化。中办、国办印发了《关于实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程的意见》,指明了传统文化传承发展的方向。同时,旅游者的需求和消费方式也已经发生变化,旅游需求从单一的观光型旅游向复合型旅游转变,对文化含量高的旅游产品的需求也不断增加,旅游消费呈现多样化的趋势。本文从文化旅游的角度,运用相关基础理论与旅游开发适宜性评价的相关原理与分析方法,以齐齐哈尔市梅里斯区为例,研究达斡尔族文化旅游开发适宜性情况,从而探索适合达斡尔族文化旅游开发与资源保护的策略。首先,本文从达斡尔族文化、文化旅游和旅游开发适宜性评价三个方面整理了国内外相关文献的理论与实践内容,分析了现有文献取得的成果与进一步发展研究的内容,并依据研究内容对文化旅游、旅游开发适宜性评价进行概念界定。同时,通过对文化旅游开发的特征与模式、旅游开发适宜性评价方法的分析为梅里斯区达斡尔族文化旅游开发适宜性评价研究奠定基础。其次对梅里斯区综合区位、自然环境条件、经济社会发展情况进行分析,根据实地调研结果,对梅里斯区达斡尔族文化旅游资源开发现状、旅游开发条件建设情况进行研究与总结,并从资源要素价值、资源影响力及潜力、旅游开发条件三个层面归纳影响梅里斯区达斡尔族文化旅游开发适宜性的影响因素,确定包括目标层、准则层、指标层在内的达斡尔族文化旅游开发适宜性评价体系的层次框架,分别运用层次分析法和模糊记分法确定评价指标的权重并进行等级标准的划分。最后运用模糊综合评价法构建梅里斯区达斡尔族文化旅游开发适宜性评价模型,并对指标层中指标单元的评价结果进行加权计算,以得到旅游开发适宜性综合评价结果。据此对梅里斯区内不同乡镇的旅游开发适宜性进行等级划分和特征分析。并从达斡尔族文化旅游功能分区、达斡尔族文化旅游项目策划、旅游设施建设、达斡尔族文化旅游实施保障四个层面提出梅里斯区达斡尔族文化旅游开发策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Party Central Committee has paid high attention to cultural construction,brought cultural construction into the "five-in-one" general layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and put forward the strategic mission of building a culturally strong socialist country.The "13th Five-Year plan" proposed to strengthen the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage and revitalize traditional culture.The Opinions on Implementing the Project of the Inheritance and Development of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture issued by the State Office and the China Central Office indicate The direction of traditional culture’s inheritance and development.At the same time,the demand and consumption mode of tourists have also changed.Tourism demand has changed from single sightseeing tourism to compound tourism.The demand for tourism products with high cultural content is also increasing.Tourism consumption presents a trend of diversification.From the perspective of cultural tourism,taking Maurice District of Qiqihar City as an example,this paper studies the suitability of the development of Daur cultural tourism,using relevant basic theories and relevant principles and analysis methods of suitability evaluation of tourism development,so as to explore suitable strategies for the development and resource protection of Daur cultural tourism.Firstly,this paper sorts out the theoretical and practical contents of relevant literature at home and abroad from three aspects: Daur culture,cultural tourism and suitability evaluation of tourism development,analyses the achievements of existing literature and the contents of further development research,and defines the concept of cultural tourism and suitability evaluation of tourism development based on the research content.At the same time,this paper lays a foundation for the study of the suitability evaluation of Daur cultural tourism development in Maurice District through the analysis of the characteristics and modes of cultural tourism development and the suitability evaluation method of tourism development.Secondly,this paper analyzes the comprehensive location,natural environment conditions and economic and social development of Maurice District,studies and summarizes the development status of Daur cultural tourism resources and the construction of tourism development conditions according to the results of field research,summarizes the influencing factors on the suitability of Daur cultural tourism development in Maurice District from the three levels of resource factor value,resource influence and potential,and tourism development conditions,and determines the hierarchical framework of the suitability evaluation system of Daur cultural tourism development,including system level,target level and factor level.Then determines the weights of evaluation index by AHP and fuzzy scoring method and divides the grade standard.Finally,the paper uses the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to construct the suitability evaluation model of Daur cultural tourism development in Maurice District,and calculates the evaluation results of the index units in the factor layer to get the comprehensive evaluation results of tourism development suitability.And from the four aspects of Daur cultural tourism function zoning,Daur cultural tourism project planning,tourism facilities construction,Daur cultural tourism implementation guarantee,this paper puts forward the development strategy of Daur cultural tourism in Maurice District.更多还原
