【摘要】 近些年来,我国大部分城市都经历了快速的城市化进程,无论是发展速度还是扩张规模都是空前的,但这样的发展速度也带来了城市建设中的诸多问题,在老城区出现的大量遗余空间存留就是其中之一。本文是在总结、吸收前人对遗余空间概念及其相关研究的基础上,针对大连老甘井子旧区更新中存留的遗余空间,借鉴国内外的成功规划经验,并结合相关理论研究,探索遗余空间更新的策略,提出具有针对性的规划设计方案,为其他地区旧区更新的规划设计工作提供借鉴和参考。本文从遗余空间理论的基础性研究入手,总结国内外与遗余空间相关的理论和实践应用,分析遗余空间概念的内涵、特征、常见类型和设计用途,梳理遗余空间的基础理论体系。在此基础上,对大连市老甘井子旧区内的遗余空间展开研究,通过对老甘井子旧区的区位条件、规划沿革、现状等方面的分析,总结出老甘井子旧区遗余空间的分布、特点和形成原因,并提出老甘井子旧区遗余空间的更新策略。最后,选取老甘井子旧区中的三处实际案例,将研究成果运用到老甘井子旧区遗余空间更新的规划设计中,结合实际项目的实践,希望遗余空间能够得到更多的重视,在未来的存量规划、社区规划中起到至关重要的作用。通过研究可以总结出,遗余空间的更新是以寻找、发现遗余空间为前提,在城市双修的视角下,结合多种规划理论和方法去探索遗余空间改造的可能性,以达到补充和完善区域的功能、美化空间环境、提升地段价值的目标。遗余空间是存量规划的重点对象,研究遗余空间的更新策略能为存量规划提供规划设计的依据和方法,是具有现实指导意义的事情。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,China has experienced a rapid urbanization process,speed and scale of urban development are both unprecedented,but this has brought many problems in urban construction,a large number of leftover space is one of them.On the basis of absorbing and summing up the predecessors’ research on leftover space and its related concepts.Aiming at some problems existing in Laoganjingzi old district reconstruction of Dalian,this paper takes "double urban repair" as the starting point,combines relevant theories with successful planning experience of foreign countries,studies the feasibility of using the leftover space for reconstruction,and puts forward planning and design strategies for the old district reconstruction in other areas.The work of planning and design can be used for reference.Starting from the basic research of the theory of the leftover space,this paper summarizes the relevant theories and practical applications of the leftover space at home and abroad,analyses the connotation,characteristics,common types and design uses of the concept of the leftover space,and combs the basic theoretical system of the leftover space.On this basis,the leftover space in the old area of Laoganjingzi in Dalian City is studied.Through the analysis of the location conditions,planning history and current situation of the old area of Laoganjingzi,the distribution,characteristics and causes of the leftover space in the old area of Laoganjingzi are summarized,and the renewal strategies of the leftover space in the old area of Laoganjingzi are put forward.Finally,three practical cases of old Ganjingzi district are selected,and the research results are applied to the renewal planning and design of the old Ganjingzi district’s leftover space.Combining with the practice of the actual project,we hope that the leftover space can get more attention and play a vital role in the future stock planning and community planning.Through the research,it can be concluded that the activation of leftover space is based on the premise of finding and discovering leftover space.From the perspective of urban double repair,combining with various planning theories and methods to explore the possibility of the transformation of the leftover space,in order to achieve the goal of supplementing and improving the function of the region,beautifying the space environment and enhancing the value of the site.Leftover space is the key object of stock planning.Studying the activation strategy of leftover space can provide the basis and method of planning and design for stock planning,which has practical guiding significance.更多还原
