一种交联电缆绝缘处理智能数控机床的设计

【摘要】 交联电缆绝缘处理智能数控机床的设计目的为以自动化切削方式完成高压线缆绝缘层给定目标参数的定型切削,解决工业上电缆切削中误差大、精度低以及效率低的问题。机床包括卡盘部分、运动部分以及操作面板部分,通过Solidworks三维设计软件设计了一整套数控机床,并对关键部件进行校核。控制系统由硬件和软件组成,硬件上介绍了电气控制柜、嵌入式PLC、驱动器、传感器、通用I/O模块、电源以及通讯部分的运行机制和操作原理;软件包括基于MFC的调试界面程序和基于软件TwinCAT 2.0开发的PLC控制程序。通过对三维模型关键零部件进行有限元分析以及从理论上分析系统测量误差与各主要因素之间的关系这两个方面分析了数控机床的精度。此外,详细介绍了机械结构、硬件线路、电机以及传感器等方面的调试方法,并进行整机调试。通过两组实验:偏心度测量实验和作业效率实验,对偏心度和作业时间进行了技术验证。在论文的最后,对该项目提出了需要优化和改进的地方。
【Abstract】 The purpose of the Intelligent NC machine tool for insulation treatment of XLPE cable is to finish the stereotyped cutting of the given target parameters of the high voltage cable insulation by automatic cutting mode,and solve the problems of large error,low accuracy and low efficiency in the industrial cable cutting.Machine tools include chuck module,motion module and operation panel module.A set of CNC machine tools is designed through Solidworks,a 3D design software,and key parts are checked.The control system is composed of hardware and software.The operation mechanism and operation principle of the electrical control cabinet,CPU module,motor drive module,sensor module,general I/O module,voltage module and communication module are introduced;The software design includes the debugging interface program design based on the MFC and the PLC control program design based on the software TwinCAT 2.The accuracy of CNC machine tools is analyzed from two aspects: the finite element analysis of the key parts of the three dimensional model and the relationship between the measurement errors and the main factors in theory.In addition,the debugging methods of mechanical structure,hardware circuit,motor and sensor are introduced in detail,and the whole machine is debugged.Through two groups of experiments: eccentricity measurement experiment and operation efficiency experiment,the eccentricity and working time were verified by technology.At the end of the paper,the project needs to be optimized and improved.
