TG公司基于可靠性的设备维护策略应用实践

【摘要】 TG公司不锈热轧厂的设备维护是点检定修制和TPM全员生产维修体制相结合的管理方式。点检定修制主要依靠点检员来判断设备是否需要维修和更换,使得设备的受控水平从很大程度上要依靠点检员的技术、经验和积极性。这种设备维护方式主要是对设备进行定期的预防维修,容易导致设备过维护或欠维护,从而影响设备的受控水平。设备受控水平不高直接导致了设备运行效率过低、故障率居高不下等问题。同时点检定修制主要关注的是设备故障本身,忽视了形成故障的失效模式和引起的故障后果等,使得维护人员在设备维护过程中排除故障的效率不高,造成重复性检修、故障抢修和重复性故障经常发生。作为TG公司的主要生产工序,热轧厂设备维护存在的问题反映了整个公司的设备管理现状。本文立足于解决TG公司不锈钢热轧厂设备管理中的实际问题。本文将通过RCM工作流程来判定设备应采取的维护模式、确定维修的内容和维修周期等,编制设备预防维修策略,最终达到设备效益最大化的目的。对该厂的设备故障历史的数据进行梳理,结合现场实际情况和RCM的实施选择了该厂主轧线的十一辊矫直机作为主要研究对象。对该设备进行主要功能和故障模式梳理、FMEA分析和RCM逻辑决断。根据各故障模式确定相应的故障模型,制定不同的预防措施和设备维护管理要素,建立以可靠性为基础、结合点检定修制的设备维护管理策略。最后对矫直机进行RCM设备维护管理的实施,提升设备管理绩效。本文结合企业的设备管理现状,通过RCM设备维护管理的研究与实践,对点检制下的维修策略进行改进优化并制定新设备维护策略。新的维护策略在理论上可以达到降低故障时间,降低设备维修成本的目标。该模式在行业范围内具有一定的普适性和参考价值。
【Abstract】 The equipment maintenance strategies of hot rolling plant of TG Company is combining the diagnosing and overhauling maintenance policy and TPM(Total Productive Maintenance)management system.The diagnosing and overhauling maintenance policy mainly rely on inspectors to determine the repair and replacement of equipment.So that the control level of equipment should be subject to a large extent to the technology,experience and enthusiasm of inspectors.This equipment maintenance mode is mainly used for regular preventive maintenance,easily lead to over maintenance or under maintenance,thus affecting the control level of equipment.Equipment controlled level is not high directly led to the low efficiency of equipment operation,high failure rate and other issues.Because this maintenance mode is mainly concerned with the fault of the equipment itself,then ignored the failure mode and failure consequences,this makes the efficiency of eliminate failures in the equipment maintenance process is not high,resulting in repeated maintenance,fault repair and repeated failures often occur.As the main production process of TG company,the problem of equipment maintenance of the Hot Rolling Mill reflects the status quo of the entire firm.This paper is based on the practical problems in the equipment management of TG company.The paper determine the appropriate equipment management content by RCM workflow,including Maintenance mode,maintenance range and maintenance cycle,finally achieve the purpose of maximizing the effectiveness of equipment.Firstly,sort out the plant equipment fault history data,and choose the 11-h leveler at the main rolling line as the main research target combined with the actual situation at the scene and RCM implementation.Secondly,carry out the main functions and failure mode analysis,FMEA analysis and RCM logic decision for the equipment.Thirdly,determine the appropriate fault model according to each failure mode to develop different prevention measures and equipment maintenance management elements and establish a reliability-based maintenance management strategy.Finally,carry out RCM implementation of equipment maintenance and management to 11-h leveler for upgrade equipment management performance.Combined with enterprise equipment management present situation,this paper through equipment RCM maintenance management research and practice to optimize the diagnosing and overhauling maintenance policy and formulate new equipment maintenance strategy.In theory,the new maintenance strategy can achieve the goal of reducing the failure time and reducing the cost of equipment maintenance.The model has a certain universality and reference value in the industry.
