基于光学偏振的玻璃应力测量仪研究

【摘要】 平板玻璃是一种广泛用于日用品、建筑、汽车、航空航天、电子通讯等领域的材料,但平板玻璃退火过程中的温度差、结构成分的不均匀以及外力的作用都会使玻璃中产生应力而造成玻璃的失效或破坏,因此,对玻璃内应力的测定愈发至关重要,玻璃内应力的测定不仅可以用于平板玻璃品质的检测,还可以指导内应力的消除与削减,改善和提高玻璃产品的性能。本文围绕基于光学偏振的玻璃应力测量展开研究,从研究背景与意义、应力双折射的形成原理与测量方法、应力测量仪器的设计与实现、应力测量仪器的性能评估与应用等四部分进行深入研究,本文所完成的具体内容如下:(1)介绍了玻璃内应力的分类、产生原因和玻璃应力检测的目的及意义,并介绍了已有的应力双折射测定方法和部分国内外在应力测量仪器方面的研究。(2)阐述了有关应力测量方面的基础理论及常用应力双折射的测量方法,详细阐述了偏振感色测量法和单1/4波片测量法的测量原理,在偏振感色测量法和单1/4波片测量法的共性基础上,完成两种测量方法的系统建模。(3)设计了偏振感色应力仪和单1/4波片应力仪的光路系统,完成了光学器件的选型与确定,以及光源与起偏模块、调光与检偏模块和仪器支撑部件三个模块的结构设计。(4)对应力测量仪进行性能评估,实现偏振感色应力仪的半定量化测量应力双折射和单1/4波片应力仪定量化测量应力双折射。开展应力测量仪应用研究,主要完成了对手机钢化膜的应力双折射的测量,展现应力测量仪的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Flat glass is a widely used material in the fields of daily necessities,construction,automotive,aerospace,and electronic communications.However,the temperature difference in the annealing process of the flat glass,the unevenness of the structural components,and the external force all cause stress in the glass,which leads to failure or destruction of the glass.Therefore,the detection of the internal stress of the glass is increasingly important.This can be used not only for the inspection of flat glass quality,but also for the elimination of internal stresses and for improving the performance of glass products.In this paper,research is conducted on glass stress measurement based on optical polarization.The research is divided into four parts: research background and significance,formation principle and measurement method of stress birefringence,design and implementation of stress measurement instrument,performance evaluation and application of stress measurement instrument.The details are as follows:Firstly,the classification and causes of glass stress,the purpose and significance of glass stress detection are introduced.The existing stress birefringence measurement methods and some researches on stress measurement instruments at home and abroad are introduced.Secondly,the basic theory of stress measurement and several measurement methods of stress birefringence are expounded,and the measurement principles of polarization colorimetry and single quarter wave plate measurement are described in detail.Based on the commonality of polarization colorimetry and single quarter wave plate measurement,a systematic model of two measurement methods is established.Thirdly,the optical path system of the polarization colorimetry stress instrument and the single quarter wave plate stress instrument is designed.The selection and determination of the optical device,the structural design of the three modules of the light source and the polarizing module,the dimming and detecting module and the instrument supporting component are completed.Fourthly,the performance of the stress instrument is evaluated.Semi-quantitative measurement of stress birefringence can be achieved on a polarization colorimetry stress instrument.And quantitative measurement of stress birefringence can be achieved in the single quarter wave plate stress instrument.The application research of stress measuring instrument is carried out,which mainly completed the measurement of stress birefringence of products such as mobile phone tempered film.This demonstrates the application prospects of stress measuring instruments.
