基于RFID的离散制造过程智能感知技术研究

【摘要】 随着制造物联技术的不断发展,RFID技术在离散制造车间逐步推广,为离散制造过程管理提供了新的技术手段。针对RFID在离散制造过程中的应用需求,本文开展了基于RFID的离散制造过程智能感知技术研究,突破了RFID网络优化布局技术和RFID复杂事件处理技术,满足了离散制造现场对RFID网络高性能和低成本的部署需求,并达到了从海量RFID制造过程数据中提取有价值的事件信息的目的,对提高离散制造车间信息化水平和增强车间管理层决策的实时性与准确性而言具有重要的指导意义。本文的主要工作包括:(1)针对离散制造过程智能感知需求,构建了离散制造过程智能感知系统体系结构和物理拓扑结构,对离散制造过程智能感知关键技术中的RFID网络优化布局技术和RFID复杂事件处理技术进行了研究。(2)以离散化的目标空间和金属遮挡情况下的读写器感知模型为基础,构建了三维RFID多目标优化部署模型,采用改进粒子群算法求解该部署模型,并通过仿真实验证明了所提方法在解决离散制造现场RFID网络规划问题的有效性和优越性。(3)为有效利用合理布局的RFID网络所产生的RFID数据,分析了离散制造车间中存在的RFID复杂事件,建立了多层级的复杂事件处理框架,研究了RFID数据清洗技术和基于改进Petri网模型的复杂事件处理技术,实现了对离散制造车间RFID复杂事件的检测。(4)以上述理论研究为基础,开发了离散制造过程智能感知原型系统,完成了某航天产品装配车间RFID硬件平台的搭建,验证了该原型系统主要功能模块。

【Abstract】 With the development of internet of manufacturing things,RFID technology has been gradually applied in discrete manufacturing workshop.And RFID provides a new technical means for manufacturing process management.Aiming at the application requirements of RFID in discrete manufacturing process,this paper studied an intelligent sensing technology for discrete manufacturing process based on RFID,which broke through at RFID network planning technology and RFID complex event processing technology.The demands of high performance and low cost for RFID network in discrete manufacturing workshop were satisfied.The purpose of extracting valuable events from mass RFID data of discrete manufacturing process was achieved.These researches have vital guiding significance for improving the level of discrete manufacturing workshop informatization and enhancing the real-time and accuracy of workshop management decision-making.The main work was as follows:Firstly,aiming at the demands of the intelligent sensing for discrete manufacturing process,the architecture and physical topology of intelligent sensing system were constructed.In addition,the key technologies of intelligent sensing for discrete manufacturing process were studied,which include RFID network planning technology and RFID complex event processing technology.Secondly,based on the discrete deployment space and RFID propagation with metal barriers,a 3D RFID multi-objective deployment optimization model was established.An improved PSO algorithm was designed.Then,an experiment was conducted to verify the effectiveness and the superiority of the proposed method.Thirdly,to effectively utilize the RFID data generated by the reasonable RFID network,RFID complex events in discrete manufacturing workshop were analyzed.A multi-level RFID complex event processing framework was set up.Then,data cleaning technology was researched,and an improved Petri net model was built to perform complex events processing.The detection of RFID complex events in discrete manufacturing workshop was realized.Finally,based on the theoretical researches,an intelligent sensing prototype system for discrete manufacturing process was developed and validated.The RFID hardware platform for an aerospace product assembly workshop was constructed.And the main functions of this system were verified.
