【摘要】 随着越来越多的企业都有了自己的信息系统,这些系统帮助他们将传统的人与人之间的纸质数据传递变为现在的计算机和网络之间的工作流传递。正是因为有了以信息系统为载体的工作流,使得企业内部不同部门以及不同人之间对于信息的共享、共识达到了新的空前的高度,也使得企业的业务发展更为快速和蓬勃。本人所在企业也正处于信息化发展中,也正由于此,以往非常大量的日常事务以及业务管理都在逐渐的植入信息系统。这样确实可以比传统手工处理事务更为的高效、便捷和准确,但也带来了一个问题,就是随着发展的日益迅速,信息化系统无法跟上业务管理模式的转变,因为传统信息系统中嵌入了太多的业务流程和管理模式,如果需要快速更新系统以应对业务模式变化,那将需要投入巨大的人力及时间成本。这时就需要有一个解决方案来把管理流程从企业信息系统的整体框架中剥离出来,形成一个可配置的管理引擎,也即工作流引擎,这样就可以解决上述问题。本文将结合企业内部实际业务流转需求来设计并实现一个工作流引擎,使之可以在企业管理系统中很好地得到应用。期间主要通过对于工作流引擎的需求分析来得到其所应包含的功能;之后通过系统设计来使得工作流引擎的这些功能可以系统的完整的在软件中呈现;然后就是需要使用软件开发工具根据设计去实现工作流引擎,使之可以正确的运转;最后还需要根据需求分析结果来设计一系列功能性的测试用例,为了确保整个工作流引擎可以稳定高效的运作,所设计的测试用例应该具有一定的完整性和可操作性,在测试用例的范围内进行测试并记录下测试结果。在经过需求分析、系统设计、系统实现以及测试这些软件工程环节后,本文的工作流引擎将真正具备可以实际应用的能力。工作流引擎可以根据企业不断变化的业务需求进行灵活快速的应对,通过模板的设定进行业务管理,可以为业务发展及企业管理提供良好稳定的工具型平台,而工作流引擎也将成为企业信息系统的基础支撑模块,可以与企业已有信息系统进行集成,在企业信息化中起到润滑剂的作用。本文的工作流引擎已在本人所在企业稳定运行中了,目前已有十数个业务流程基于此工作流引擎在运行,随着工作流引擎的业务能力不断的完善优化,相信今后会有越来越多的业务管理乃至日常运营依赖于工作流引擎。更多还原

【Abstract】 As more and more enterprises have their own information systems which help transfer the traditional paper-based data among people to the workflow between computers and networks.It is because of the workflow that supports information systems,which not only makes an unprecedented consensus reach a new height between different departments within the enterprise as well as for different people to share information,,but also makes the business development more rapid and vigorous.The company I worked for is also located in the high-speed channel of information technology development,in view of this,a very large number of daily affairs and business management in the past are gradually implanted into information systems.It’s really more efficient,convenient and accurate than the traditional hand-processing services.But it also brings a problem.With the increasingly rapid development,the information systems can not keep up with the changing business management model,as the traditional information system includes too many embedded business processes and management models.If you need to update your system to respond to rapid changes in the business model,it would require enormous investment in human and time costs.Then you need a solution to have the management process stripped from the overall framework of enterprise information systems,forming a configurable management engine for the circulation of enterprise business,which is workflow engine.This is a good solution to solve these problems.This article will combine the internal circulation of the actual business needs to design and implement a workflow engine that make it well applied in the enterprise management system.Mainly through the requirement analysis of workflow engine to get the functionality it should contain;after which these features of workflow engine can be systematically and completely presented in the software through system design;then it is to use software development tools to achieve workflow engine operate correctly according to the design.Finally,you need to design a series of functional test cases according to the results of requirement analysis.In order to ensure the entire workflow can be operated stable and efficiently,the design of test cases should have a certain integrity and operability.Test and record results within the range of test cases.After the section of requirement analysis,system design,system implementation,and software testing,the workflow engine in this article will have the ability for practical application.The workflow engine can be quickly and flexibly respond to based on the changing business needs of enterprise.It can also provide a good platform for stable instrumental business development and business management by setting a template in the business management.And also the workflow engine will become the basis of the support module in the enterprise information systems,which can be well integrated with the existing information systems in different companies and acts as a lubricant in the enterprise information.This Workflow Engine has been in steady operation in my company,and there are dozens of business processes based on this workflow engine running,along with the operational capacity of the workflow engine optimization of continuous improvement,I believe the future will be increasingly the more business management as and daily operations depend on the workflow engine.更多还原
