【摘要】 在经济全球化不断加速的今天,企业间的竞争日益激烈,为进一步提高生产效率,提升企业管理水平,大型企业级的信息管理系统已广泛应用于各类大中型企业。其中SAP系统以其专业的产品设计,良好的实施效果,丰富的应用案例,成为企业实施ERP战略的首选。一方面越来越多的企业实施SAP产品,另一方面这些SAP系统处理数据量也越来越大,系统间的集成越来越复杂,为保证系统上线后的实际效果,完备的性能测试成为上线前的必需。不同于常见的WEB性能测试,SAP系统的性能测试与优化有其自身的特点,SAP公司提供客户标准的性能测试服务VTO(Volume Testing and Optimization)。本文基于VTO的实施过程中遇到的SAP性能测试各类问题,借鉴SEI负载测试计划过程(SEI Load Testing Planning Process)与RBI(Rapid Bottleneck Identify)性能测试方法,最终提出的SAP系统性能测试三阶段法。本论文的主要研究内容如下:1.研究现有的SAP系统性能测试项目,整理归纳现有流程中的不足。结合软件测试的基础理论,在测试技术、业务分析、测试管理三方面分别提出解决的方法,并提出经典的三阶段测试框架。2.比较各类性能测试工具的优劣,采用Load Runner作为SAP性能测试的主要工具,加以深入了解其测试流程与技巧。结合SAP系统的特点,对SAP系统性能测试中的性能测试与调优的进一步做出优化。3.选取广汇汽车的VTO项目,采用三阶段方法指导整个性能测试项目,使项目在众多挑战的情况下的顺利实施和交付。同时也是对该方法的实际检验,证实了在实际项目中的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The competition among enterprises is more fiercely due to the accelerating economic globalization.To increase the productivity and improve the management level,large enterprise class information management system has been widely used in various medium sized enterprises.Among these different systems,the systems build by SAP are quite popular and become one of the primary choices because of its professional product design,good implementation of result and rich application cases.On the one hand more and more enterprises implement SAP products,on the other hand the amount of business data is also growing,and the integration of systems became more and more complicated.So to ensure the practical effect of the system after online implementing,the online performance testing is quite necessary.Unlike common web performance test,the performance testing and tuning the SAP system has its own characteristics,so SAP provide customers with a standard performance testing services VTO(Volume Testing and Optimization).Based on various problems encountered in the implementation process of the VTO,we refer to the SEI Load Testing Planning Process and RBI(Rapid Bottleneck Identify)methods for measuring performance,in conclusion this is called “Three phases” method for running performance test on SAP system.Below is the main content of this thesis.1.With the research of existing SAP system performance testing project,I summarized the existing process deficiencies.After combined with the basic theory of software testing,I proposed solutions in the test technology,business analysis and test management,at last I concluded a classic three-stage testing framework.2.After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various types of performance testing tools,I use Load Runner as the main tool for SAP performance testing,and have an in-depth understanding of its testing process and skills.Finally,by combining the characteristics of SAP systems,I make further optimization of SAP system performance testing performance testing and tuning.3.I select the VTO project of Grand Auto for practice.The whole performance test project was guided by the three-phase method of SAP system testing,which enabled the project to be successfully implemented and delivered under many challenges.The validity of the method is verified by the actual test.更多还原
