蒸汽发生器一次侧水室封头管嘴堵板设计研究

【摘要】 蒸汽发生器一次侧水室封头管嘴堵板是核电站在在役检修过程中必不可少的一种专用检修工具。在停堆换料时,通过在蒸汽发生器的进口和出口管嘴安装管嘴堵板将蒸汽发生器水室封头与换料水池隔离以允许蒸汽发生器的检修工作与反应堆的换料工作同时进行。本论文以研发出满足三代非能动核电使用要求的蒸汽发生器一次侧水室封头管嘴堵板为目标。通过对于现役电厂的调查研究、功能分析总结归纳出管嘴堵板的性能要求。管嘴堵板主要由金属支撑板、密封气囊组成。管嘴堵板的承压能力主要依靠金属支撑板来实现,需要保证其承压能力。管嘴堵板主要依靠水室封头管嘴与金属支撑板间密封气囊的形变来实现其密封功能。本论文通过设备的材料选型及三维建模完成金属支撑板的设计工作。并采用有限元对几种不同结构的金属支撑板在承压情况下的应力及变形情况进行了比较分析。通过比较有限元分析结果选取了较优方案。在保证金属支撑板承压能力的基础上有效降低了设备的整体质量。通过材料的选型及结构优化设计完成了多道密封相组合形式气囊的设计工作,通过工艺设计对于气囊成型过程中可能存在的问题进行了优化设计,提高了密封气囊的性能。在完成样机的设计及制造后,通过一系列验证性试验对管嘴堵板性能进行了验证,以确保所研发出蒸汽发生器管嘴堵板功能性和可靠性。本论文综合考虑了设备的可靠性、工程的经济性以及检修工作便捷性等要求,所研发的蒸汽发生器一次侧水室封头管嘴堵板可直接应用于我国第三代核电项目,相关试验情况也可为其他电站的蒸汽发生器管嘴堵板的设计改进提供参考。

【Abstract】 Steam Generator channel head nozzle dam is a kind of special maintenance tool used in nuclear power station refueling outage.The inlet and outlet nozzle dams are employed only during outage operations.They provide leak proof seal between the interior of the steam generator channel head and the refueling pool.Thus,maintenance of the steam generators and refueling work can be performed simultaneously.The purpose of this paper is to research and development the SG nozzle dam which can meet the function requirement of three generation passive nuclear power station.We summarize the function requirements of SG nozzle dams by investigation and study.SG nozzle dam is mainly composed of support sheet and air cell.The pressure-bearing function is realized by support sheet and the sealing function is realized by the air cell.This paper completes the design of support sheet through the material selection and 3D modeling.We choose the best scheme by comparing finite element analysis stress and deformation results of several different structures.The quality of equipment is reduced on the basis of ensuring the bearing capacity.We complete the design of multi sealing combined air cell through material selection and structure optimization.And the performance of air cell is improved by process design.After the design and fabrication of SG nozzle dam,we complete a series of test to ensure the function and reliability.We develop a kind of SG nozzle dam that combining economical efficiency,maintenance convenience and reliability.This SG nozzle dams can be directly applied to China’s third generation nuclear power plants.And the data in this paper can provide reference for design and application of SG nozzle dam in other nuclear power plants.
