水翼参数对双体小水线面水翼复合船阻力性能的影响

【摘要】 近年来,高性能船给海洋产业带来了越来越多的机遇和挑战。高性能船除了高航速外,还具有普通船型所不具备的特点,如优良的适航性、稳定性和舒适性等优点。但是,目前高性能船都会有优缺点,在20世纪后半叶,技术人员考虑进行一些技术融合,扬长避短,衍生出复合型高性能船。HYSWATH在设计的过程中既保留了双体船的甲板面积大和良好的耐波性能,又结合了水翼船低阻力,高速性能好的特性,同时前后水翼提高了船体纵向的稳定性,因而海洋资源开发,石油天然气勘探,海上维权等方面有着重要作用。因此,HYSWATH作为一种具有优秀特性的新船型,具有较为广泛的市场需求和应用前景,应当开展相应的技术研究和探索。本文以排水量为400t的双体小水线面水翼复合船为研究对象,首先以模型试验为基础,对模型进行CFD计算,并将结果与试验值对比,来验证数值模拟方法的可行性和可靠性。然后着重探讨了不同水翼面积,水翼位置和水翼攻角对双体小水线面水翼复合船的航行姿态以及阻力性能的影响规律。通过对不同水翼参数的实船进行CFD计算,分析计算结果发现水翼参数的变化先使得纵倾角和升沉发生一定规律的变化,然后船体的总阻力才随之发生改变。在本文所涉及到的翼航速度范围内,增大水翼的面积,减小前水翼到船艏的距离,增加前水翼的攻角(或减小后水翼的攻角),能够有效地减小双体小水线面水翼复合船的船体阻力。

【Abstract】 In recent years,high-performance boat has brought an increasing number of opportunities and challenges to the marine industry.In addition to high speed,high-performance boats have the features which ordinary ships do not have,such as excellent seaworthiness,stability and comfort advantages.However,the current high-performance boats have their advantages and disadvantages.In the second half of the twentieth Century,a number of technical staff considered technology integration,to produce an idea of high-performance composite boats.HYSWATH not only retains the catamaran’s large deck area and good seakeeping performance,but also has the hydrofoil boats’ characteristics of low resistance and high speed,meanwhile improving the longitudinal stability of the hull.Thus,HYSWATH has an important role in the field of marine resources development,oil and gas exploration,maritime rights protection.Therefore,as a new ship with a more extensive market demand and prospects,HYSWATH have so excellent characteristics that we should carry out the corresponding technology research and exploration.This paper introduces the HYSWATH of displacement 400 t.First of all,CFD calculations of HYSWATH-400 model are compared with model test to validate numerical simulation methods whether it is feasible and reliability.Then,we discuss the influences of hydrofoils parameters which include the area of hydrofoils,hydrofoils position and attack angles of the hydrofoils on boat’s sailing attitudes and resistance properties.Through the CFD calculations of different hydrofoils parameters of HYSWATH,we discussed and analyzed the results and find that changes of hydrofoils parameters makes trim angle and translation of HYSWATH different,thenmakes the total resistance of the hull changed.In the range of speed we discuss,it is found that increasing the hydrofoil areas,reducing the distance of the front hydrofoil to the bow and adding the front hydrofoil setting angle(or decreasing the last hydrofoil setting angle)can effectively reduce the total resistance.
