钢管板桩结构的设计计算和施工工艺研究

【摘要】 本文以东莞市虎门港沙田港区西大坦作业区驳船码头工程为背景,针对钢管板桩组合体系的设计计算、施工方案以及项目质量控制技术展开研究,取得的主要研究成果如下:(1)由于钢管板桩组合结构的特殊性,国内无相关的规范可供参考。在大量查阅文献的基础上,结合相关的规范开展分析计算。研究分析几种前墙计算方法,最终确定本工程适用的竖向弹性地基梁法进行荷载计算。以正常使用极限状态组合荷载为文中建立的模型进行分析计算。计算的主要内容包括:踢脚稳定计算、作用效应包络值计算、锚锭计算及结构设计等。在深入分析计算结果的基础上,给出了工程的标准断面图和特殊断面图,这些图纸可直接应用于实际工程。(2)针对该工程特殊的地质条件,研究工程中多种锤型,在钢管板桩初打时选用DZJ-135振动锤,经实践证实DZJ-135振动锤适应该软土地基上的初打作业。钢板桩复打选锤型,对D100冲击锤、APE200液压振动锤等几种锤型进行现场施工对比,基于大量的试验结果选用APE200液压振动锤进行板桩复打施工。解决了适应该特殊地质的桩锤选择问题。此外,为保证钢板桩沉桩过程中桩的垂直度,通过研究形成下面的施工工艺:即研制出特定的定位架,可控制垂直度在2‰以内的精度。通过对桩基的平面偏位检测,结果表明本文采用的施工工艺是有效的。为保证桩基础的施工质量和工程的顺利完工提供了技术支撑。(3)研究钢管板桩组合结构的施工质量保证措施。影响沉桩施工质量因素较多,从施工工艺流程、钢板桩吊装流程、沉桩施工顺序等方面研究控制沉桩施工质量的技术要点。严格控制起始定位桩的平面位置和垂直度,根据规范规定质量检验标准,进行沉桩全过程质量检测。为保证工程的耐久性,必须对钢管板桩进行防腐处理。由于钢板桩防腐在现场进行,质量难以保证,以及施工中会不可避免的造成涂层损伤,研制出保证防腐质量的施工工艺技术。本文的研究成果可供今后类似工程设计与施工借鉴。
【Abstract】 In dongguan humen,shatin,Hong Kong port area west temple areas barges project as the background,in view of the composite system of steel sheet pile design calculation,construction plan and project quality control technology research,the main research results are as follows:(1)Due to the particularity of the steel sheet pile structures,domestic no relevant specification is available for reference.The author on the basis of a large number of literature,in combination with related specification to carry out the analysis and calculation.Research and analysis of several former wall calculation method,and finally determine the method of vertical beam on elastic foundation of engineering application of the load calculation.In normal use limit state for analysis in this paper,we establish the model of combination loading.Calculate the main contents include: kicking stability calculation,the effect of envelope value calculation,anchorage calculation and structure design,etc.On the basis of in-depth analysis and calculation results,gives a standard of engineering profile and special profile,these drawings can be directly applied to practical engineering.(2)According to the special geological conditions,the project research project in a variety of hammer type,at the beginning of the steel sheet pile to play when choosing DZJ-135 vibration hammer,confirmed by practice DZJ-135 vibration hammer to adapt to the soft soil foundation at the beginning of the play.Steel sheet pile redriving hammer type,the D100 impact hammer,several APE200 hydraulic vibration hammer hammer type site construction comparison,based on a large number of the test results of sheet pile with APE200 hydraulic vibration hammer to complex construction.Solved to adapt to the special geological hammer.In addition,in order to ensure the steel sheet pile verticality in the process of pile sinking,by studying the formation of the construction process of the following: the developed specific positioning frame,can control verticality in the accuracy of 2‰.Through the plane offset of pile foundation detection,results show that the construction technology of this paper is effective.To ensure the construction quality of pile foundation and the smooth completion of the project provides the technical support.(3)The research before the steel sheet pile wall construction quality assurance measures.Factors influencing the pile construction quality is more,from the construction technological process,the steel sheet pile pile driving construction hoisting process,order,etc,the main technical points of the pile driving construction quality control.Strictly control the starting location of pile plane position and verticality,quality inspection standards,according to the rules of pile driving the whole process of quality testing.In order to ensure the durability of engineering must be carried out on the steel sheet pile the embalming process.Due to the steel sheet pile corrosion protection in the field,to guarantee the quality and construction will be inevitable in the coating damage,developed the construction process to ensure the quality of anti-corrosion technology.
