用于双电机独立驱动的新型逆变器拓扑研究

【摘要】 本论文首先分析了几种传统的双电机逆变器拓扑,最后确定了四桥臂拓扑和五桥臂拓扑作为深入研究对象。针对传统五桥臂拓扑,指出其存在的直流母线电压利用率低的问题,提出了一种改进的逆变器拓扑,并在Matlab/Simulink环境下建立基于此逆变器的永磁同步电机矢量控制的仿真模型,仿真结果表明,这种改进的逆变器拓扑可以实现独立控制且控制简单。针对传统四桥臂,指出了直流母线电压不平衡对电机运行的影响,提出了一种有效的SPWM调制方式。建立了永磁同步电机的数学模型,并在此基础上搭建了转速、电流双闭环PMSM矢量控制系统的仿真模型。仿真结果表明,这种SPWM控制策略能够对永磁同步电机进行高效控制,系统具有良好的动静态性能。并且搭建了实验平台对所述理论进行验证。之后又针对传统四桥臂拓扑,指出其网侧电流谐波较大且直流母线电压利用率较低,提出了一种改进拓扑,并搭建了此拓扑的仿真模型,仿真结果表明,两台电机都能够在额定状态下稳定运行且网侧电流谐波较小。
【Abstract】 In this thesis,several traditional dual-motor topologies are analyzed and two topologies are studied in detail,which are the four-leg topology and five-leg topology.Aiming at the existing problems in five-leg topology,this thesis puts forward an improved inverter topology,which makes up the problem,e.g.,DC bus voltage utilization is low.The simulation model of PMSM Vector Control in Matlab /Simulink environment is established.The simulation results show that with the improved inverter topology two motors can be controlled independently and the control strategy is simple.Based on the analysis of the principle of an SPWM for the four-leg inverter,the effect of the DC-link voltage unbalance on the motors is pointed out and an effective compensation method is proposed.The mathematical model of two permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSMs)is established and a simulation model of two vector control systems with speed and current loops are built.The simulation results verify that the two PMSMs can be effectively controlled with the proposed SPWM control algorithm,and the system has good dynamic and static performance.Then the experimental platform is set up to verify the theory.Besides,for the four-leg inverter,some problems such as the large input current harmonic and low DC bus voltage utilization are pointed out and an improved topology is put forward.The simulation results show that two motors can run stately under the rated state and the input current harmonic is small.
