【摘要】 目的:应用中医子午流注理论观察血府逐瘀汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛(心血瘀阻型)的临床疗效。方法:选取为黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院心血管一科住院确诊为不稳定型心绞痛(心血瘀阻型)的患者共75例,随机分为常规组、对照组、治疗组,每组各25例。常规组为常规西药治疗;对照组为常规组治疗的基础上,日一剂血府逐瘀汤分早、晚二次温服;治疗组为常规组治疗的基础上,日一剂血府逐瘀汤分11:00、19:00二次温服,三组患者均治疗2周,观察治疗前后安全性指标及临床疗效,对试验的安全性进行判定。并对治疗前后各项结果分别进行组间和组内统计学分析。结果:1、三组的中医证候评分治疗前后相比较,治疗组效果明显优于对照组及常规组,三组数据具有显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2、三组的心绞痛症状改善、心电图改变、减少硝酸甘油使用量等方面治疗组均优于对照组和常规组,三组数据具有显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:1、根据子午流注理论,血府逐瘀汤能够降低不稳定型心绞痛(心血瘀阻型)患者的中医证候积分,改善患者临床症状。2、根据子午流注理论,血府逐瘀汤能够减轻心绞痛症状、改善心电图缺血状态、减少硝酸甘油使用量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective : According to the Midnight-noon and ebb-flow doctrine to observe the clinical effect of the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(blood stasis type)with Xue Fu Zhu Yu soup.Methods : A total of 75 patients diagnosed as unstable angina pectoris(blood stasis type)in the first department of the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into the routine group,the control group and the treatment group,with 25 patients in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional western medicine.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was given a dose of Xue Fu Zhu Yu soup every day.On the basis of routine treatment in the treatment group,one dose of Xue Fu Zhu Yu soup per day was divided into two warm doses of 11:00 and 19:00,and the patients in the three groups were all treated for 2 weeks.The safety indexes and clinical efficacy before and after treatment were observed,and the safety of the experiment was determined.Statistical analysis was performed on the results before and after treatment.Results:1.The TCM syndrome scores of the patients in the three groups were compared before and after treatment,and the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group and the conventional group.The data of the three groups showed significant difference,with statistical significance(P < 0.01).2.The improvement of angina symptoms,changes of electrocardiogram and reduction of nitroglycerin usage in the three groups of patients were better in the treatment group than in the control group and the conventional group,and the data of the three groups showed significant differences,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.According to the meridian flow theory,Xue Fu Zhu Yu soup canreduce the TCM syndrome score of patients with unstable angina pectoris(blood stasis type)and improve their clinical symptoms.2.According to the meridian flow theory,Xue Fu Zhu Yu soup can reduce symptoms of angina pectoris,improve the ischemia status of electrocardiogram and reduce the amount of nitroglycerin.更多还原
