基于需求层次理论的城市公共环境设计评价方法研究

【摘要】 城市公共环境作为公众生活的空间载体,在城市公共环境中公众是使用主体,所以公众的使用需求理应成为城市公共环境设计评价的重要指标。然而在以往的城市公共环境设计过程中,决策者、设计者、使用者三者之间联系较少,公众的使用需求在设计过程中往往被忽略。对此,关于公众参与城市公共环境设计评价成为了热点话题,并成为了新一轮城市公共环境设计的新动态。针对上述现象,为此政府提出在工程建成并使用一段时间后,由公众基于使用需求进行使用评价,政府收集民意再对其进行经济、文化、社会、技术、管理、设计等全方位的综合评价,又称“使用后评价”。“使用后评价”在城市公共环境建设中固然重要,但却属于项目建成后的使用评价,忽略了设计阶段的设计评价,其影响性与指导性是有限的,存在着一定的局限性。然而笔者认为,在城市公共环境建设过程中,将基于公众需求的设计评价前置是非常有必要的,其可以全方位、多维度的对设计方案实施动态纠偏,不断优化升级,同时很好的将决策者、设计者、使用者三者串联起来,使设计决策更加科学合理的指导城市公共环境建设,最大程度上服务人民与造福社会。此次课题研究由于受专业性质与范围的影响,其侧重点为艺术工程领域,并非全方位的评价,即设计评价。本论文可概况为以下七个部分:第一章节是绪论部分,该部分介绍了研究的背景与研究内容,并构建了论文研究的整体框架。第二章节是概念界定的理论研究,该部分通过对概念界定与相关理论的研究,为城市公共环境设计评价体系构建做理论铺垫。第三章节论述设计评价在城市公共环境中的运用,该部分在全文中起到一个承上启下的作用。第四章节是设计评价体系构建部分,该部分是本文研究的重点,为下一章节实例论证提供评价依据与标准。第五章节是实例论证部分,论证设计评价体系与公众使用满意度之间的相关性。第六部分是结论,该部分为基于公众需求提出的优化建议与优化设计。第七部分是结论,该部分对全文进行总结概述。
【Abstract】 Urban public environment is the space carrier of public life,the public is using the subject in the urban public environment,public demand for use should become an important indicator of urban public environment design and evaluation.However,in the past process of urban public environment design,there were few links among decision makers,designers and users,and the public use needs were ignored in the design process.For this reason,public participation in urban public environment design and evaluation has become a hot topic,and become a new round of urban public environment design dynamics.For the phenomenon mention above,the government proposes that after the completion and use of the project for a period of time,the public should evaluate the use of the project based on the use needs.The government collects public opinions and then carries out comprehensive evaluation of its economy,culture,society,technology,management and design,also known as "post-use evaluation".Post-use evaluation is important in the construction of urban public environment,but it belongs to the post-project use evaluation,ignoring the design evaluation in the design stage.Its influence and guidance are limited,and there are some limitations.However,in the process of urban public environment construction,it is necessary to put forward the design evaluation based on the use demand.It can rectify the dynamic deviation of scheme planning and design in all directions and multi-dimensions,optimize and upgrade continuously,and connect the decision makers,designers and users in series,so as to make the design decision more scientific and reasonable.Municipal public environment construction,to the greatest extent,serves the people and benefits the society.Due to the influence of the nature and scope of the specialty,this research focuses on the field of art and engineering,not on all-round evaluation,that is,design evaluation.This paper can be summarized as the following six parts: The first chapter is the introduction part,which introduces the background of the study and the goals expected to be achieved through the study,and constructs the overall framework of the study.The second chapter is the theoretical study of concept definition,which lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of urban public environment design evaluation system through the analysis and research of concept definition and related theory.TThe third chapter discusses the application of design evaluation in urban public environment,This part plays a leading role in the whole text.The fourth chapter is the construction part of the design evaluation system.This part is the focus of this paper,and provides evaluation basis and standard for the next chapter case demonstration.The fifth chapter is the case demonstration part,which demonstrates the correlation between the design evaluation system and public satisfaction.The sixth part is the conclusion,which is the optimization proposal and optimization design based on public demand.The seventh part is the conclusion,which summarizes the full text.
