【摘要】 目的:探讨复杂性辨证论治思维的相关概念和内容,并通过对《温病条辨》中所蕴含的复杂性辨证论治思维中的变法思维、动态思维、整体思维进行系统梳理和深入研究,力求为温病理论研究和临床诊疗提供新思路、新方法。方法:本文运用文献追溯和理论探讨相结合的研究方法,梳理复杂性辨证论治思维的源流,探讨《温病条辨》复杂性辨证论治思维的具体应用。结果:完成了对复杂性辨证论治思维中变法思维、动态思维、整体思维的溯源与分析;整理归纳了吴鞠通《温病条辨》中有关疾病发病、传变、诊断、治疗四方面所蕴含的复杂性辨证论治思维。结论:复杂性辨证论治思维中的常变思维、动态思维、整体思维贯穿于吴鞠通《温病条辨》中有关疾病发病、传变、诊断、治疗等方面,对中医理论研究及临床实践具有重要的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the related concepts and contents of the complexity thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and to systematically sort out and study in depth of the change thinking,dynamic thinking and overall thinking in the complexity thinking of syndrome differentiation and Treatment contained in the Treatise on Differentiation and Treatment of Seasonal Warm Diseases,hope to provide new ideas and methods for the theoretical research of warm diseases and clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:This paper used the research methods of literature review and theoretical discussion to sort out the origin and development of the complexity thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and to explore the specific application of the complexity thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment in the Treatise on Differentiation and Treatment of Seasonal Warm Diseases.Results : Completed the traceability and analysis of change thinking,dynamic thinking,and overall thinking in the complexity thinking of syndrome differentiation and Treatment;sorted out the complexity thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment involved in the pathogenesis,transmission,diagnosis and treatment of Wu Jutong’s Wen bing tiao bian(Treatise on Differentiation and Treatment of Seasonal Warm Diseases).Conclusion:The change thinking,dynamic thinking and overall thinking in the complexity thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment run through the pathogenesis,transmission,diagnosis and treatment of Wu Jntong’s Wen bing tiao bian(Treatise on Differentiation and Treatment of Seasonal Warm Diseases).Which has important guiding significance for theoretical research and clinical practice of Chinese medicine.更多还原
