【摘要】 童车产品给儿童和家庭提供了出行的便利,有助于儿童快乐地成长。创新、经济、安全的童车产品既是广大家庭的需求,更是每一家童车企业的责任。随着消费者的安全意识、品牌意识的觉醒,对于高质量、高标准童车的需求日益增长。各童车企业需要逐步加强童车新品的开发力度。童车新品开发需要通过项目管理这一有效的管理工具,控制好范围、时间、成本和质量,以交付符合市场需求的产品。本文结合理论分析和案例分析的研究方法,从范围、时间、成本和质量这四个维度来探讨项目管理在童车新品开发中合理应用。本文首先介绍研究的背景、意义、论文内容及基本框架。其次阐述项目管理、新产品开发等理论,并回顾和分析了国内外项目管理的研究现状。然后指出目前童车新品开发存在的问题,包括项目范围变异、项目进度延期、项目成本过高以及项目质量缺陷等,并从PEST维度和企业维度来剖析原因。在介绍G有限公司引入项目管理背景的基础上,从项目范围管理、时间管理、成本管理和质量管理这四个维度进一步探讨项目管理在童车新品开发中的具体应用,并提出相应的优化方案和保障措施。最后总结全文,指明本文内容可能的应用和发展方向。本文的研究发现项目管理在童车新品开发中的应用前景广泛,期待本文能给童车企业一定的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Baby carriers provide convenience for children and families to travel and help children to grow up happily.Innovative,economical and safe baby carries are the needs of families as well as the responsibility of each baby carrier enterprise.With the awareness of consumers’ safety awareness and brand awareness,the demand for high-quality and high-standard baby carriers are growing.Each enterprise need to strengthen the development of new baby carriers.The product development of baby carriers needs the effective management tool of project management,the enterprises can take control of scope management,time management,cost management and quality management to deliver the suitable baby carriers.This paper combines theoretical analysis and case analysis to discuss how to apply the project management into the development of new baby carriers within these four dimensions through the case study of G Co.,Ltd.The paper firstly introduce the background,significance,content and basic framework of the thesis.Secondly it explains the theories,such as project management theory and new product development theory,and it analyzes the research of project management done both domestically and abroad,.Base on the research,it points out the problems existing in the development of baby carriers,including the deviation of the project scope,the delay of project,high cost and quality defect.Then the reasons are analyzed through the dimensions of PEST and the perspective of enterprises.Then it analyzes the project management applied in G co.,ltd.regarding the development of new baby carriers.The action plans are proposed from the four aspects,which are scope management,time management,cost management and quality management.Finally,it summarizes the whole paper and points out the possible application and development direction of the content of this paper.Through the research in this paper,we find that project management has a wide application prospect in the New Product Development of Baby Carriers.It is expected that this paper can be used for reference to baby carriers enterprises.更多还原
