涡旋压缩机十字滑环失效原因的理论研究

【摘要】 涡旋压缩机是最近20年关注及使用最多的容积式压缩机。它能率高,特别是国家积极治理空气质量,北方大面积推广煤改电的背景下,涡旋压缩机在空气源热泵热水器领域已经变得流行。根据涡旋压缩机的原理性需求,动涡旋的防自转机构是其必不可少的特征,例如十字滑环机构,作为确保涡旋压缩机基本功能的关键部件,十字滑环及其失效模式的研究远远小于动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘的研究。在计算机技术快速发展的今天,有限元分析尤其能帮助分析并描述涡旋压缩机实际运行中,分析各零件的应力和应变情况,并寻求相应的改善方向,提高零件的设计质量,缩短开发周期。本文基于涡旋压缩机理论工作原理和力学原理,联合涡旋压缩机工作过程及特点,以在售的某款涡旋压缩机举例,在扼要的说明涡旋压缩机原理和内部载荷后,主要进行了以下工作:1.分别建立了涡旋压缩机两种十字滑环的数学模型,并利用ANSYS有限元软件求解以及应力和变形分析;2.分析了十字滑环重量与原材料性质对其受载后应力和变形量的影响,得到了两者相对的关系公式;3.分析计算了三种新制冷剂与R410A气体力的区别以及气体力对十字滑环的影响;通过这些工作,以期能为涡旋压缩机研发公司开发新产品提供了理论依据,减少十字滑环的失效。
【Abstract】 Scroll compressors are highly anticipated positive displacement compressors in recent years.It has a high rate of efficiency,especially as the country actively manages air quality.Under the background of large-scale expansion of coal in the north,scroll compressors have become popular in the field of air source heat pump water heaters.Because of its principle requirement,the scroll compressor must have a mechanism for preventing the rotation and rotation of the rotor.The most common is the Cross-slip ring,which is a key component to ensure the basic function of the scroll compressor,the cross-slide ring and its failure modes.However,it is far less than the orbiting scroll.With the rapid development of computer technology,finite element analysis can help analyze and describe the stress and deformation of components in the actual operation of scroll compressors.It also seeks to improve the direction,improve the quality of parts design,and shorten the development cycle.Based on the working principle of scroll compressor and theoretical mechanics,combined with the working process and characteristics of scroll compressor,taking a scroll compressor in the market as an example,after briefly introducing the principles of scroll compressor and internal forces,The main work was as follows:1.Mathematical models of two kinds of scroll-slip rings for scroll compressors were established respectively,and they were solved using ANSYS finite element software and stress and deformation analysis;2.Analyzed the influence of the weight and raw material properties of Cross slide ring on the stress and deformation after loading,and obtained the relative formula of the two;3.Analyze and calculate the difference between the three new refrigerants and the R410A gas force and the effect of gas force on the cross slip ring;Through these efforts,we hope to provide a theoretical basis for the development of new products for Scroll Compressor R&D companies and reduce the failure of Cross slip ring.
