【摘要】 回顾我国改革开放的四十年,我们发现,不论是大型国企还是集体企业以及民营企业在我国的改革开放的历程中都起到了巨大的作用,随着互联网时代的来临,我国的中小民营企业在经济的发展中的作用变得越来越大,它们更多的是从事关系国计民生的行业,对于人民群众的日常生活有着十分重要的意义,同时,中小企业的进步和发展也可以起到促进就业以及改善民生的作用。企业的发展离不开管理模式的进步,好的管理模式可以促进企业有更好的发展,而管理模式弱化,那么企业的发展也不会顺利。随着近代资本主义国家的兴起,越来越多的企业的管理理念开始兴盛起来,随着我国改革开放的深入,这些管理的理念逐步进入到我国,但是由于国外的企业的管理理念与我国的企业之间存在着巨大的差异,要实现本土企业的进步与发展,就必须要建立与我国的发展环境相符的管理模式,这样才能达到促进企业发展的目的。根据以上的论述,我们不难看出企业的进步和发展,尤其是我国中小企业的管理模式的进步和发展,对于我国改善民生以及促进经济发展的重要意义,对于我国改革开放的持续推进以及建设和谐社会的重要性。本文从学者们对于中小民营企业的发展的管理模式的研究入手,借助于案例分析的方法,对于A食品公司的发展进行有效的分析和研究,首先对于A食品公司的管理的现状进行调查,然后通过分析找出该食品公司在现阶段的经营发展的过程中的问题,针对这些问题,提出针对性的解决方案,希望能为其发展做出微薄的贡献,同时也能为我国的类似的中小企业的发展提供有益的建议,促进中小企业的不断进步和发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Looking back at the 40 years of reform and opening up in China,we find that both large state-owned enterprises,collective enterprises and private enterprises have played a great role in the process of reform and opening up in China.With the advent of the Internet era,the role of small and medium-sized private enterprises in the economic development of our country has become more and more important.They are more engaged in industries related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.The daily life of the people is of great significance.At the same time,the progress and development of small and medium-sized enterprises can also play a role in promoting employment and improving people’s livelihood.The development of enterprises can not be separated from the progress of management mode.A good management mode can promote the better development of enterprises.If the management mode is weakened,the development of enterprises will not go smoothly.With the rise of modern capitalist countries,more and more management concepts of enterprises began to flourish.With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up,these management concepts gradually entered our country.However,there are huge differences between the management concepts of foreign enterprises and Chinese enterprises.In order to achieve the progress and development of local enterprises,it is necessary to establish and develop with our country.In order to achieve the goal of promoting the development of enterprises,the management mode of exhibition environment conforms to each other.According to the above discussion,we can easily see that the progress and development of enterprises,especially the progress and development of the management mode of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,is of great significance for improving people’s livelihood and promoting economic development,for the sustained advancement of China’s reform and opening up and the importance of building a harmonious society.Starting with the research on the management mode of the developmentof small and medium-sized private enterprises by scholars,this paper makes an effective analysis and Research on the development of A Food Company by means of case analysis.Firstly,it investigates the current situation of the management of A Food Company,and then finds out the problems in the process of the operation and development of the Food Company at the present stage,aiming at these problems.Put forward targeted solutions,hoping to make a modest contribution to its development,but also for the development of similar small and medium-sized enterprises in China to provide useful suggestions,promote the continuous progress and development of small and medium-sized enterprises.更多还原
