【摘要】 随着我国社会主义市场经济的快速发展,科技型中小企业在国民经济中具有举重若轻的地位,比如可以促进市场充分竞争、缓解社会就业压力、推动科技创新等,因此,国家十分关注科技型中小企业的发展状况。但是依旧有很多问题限制和阻碍科技型中小企业的发展,其中融资难题尤其突出,解决科技型中小企业的融资困境已成为企业发展战略的中心难点。本文以融资理论如资本结构理论、融资次序理论和信息不对称等相关理论为基础,以JM科技股份有限公司为研究对象,运用文献综述和案例研究的方法,结合JM公司盈利、偿债、运营等财务情况和融资状况,发现目前JM科技公司融资存在的主要问题是资金需求大、融资能力有限,过度依赖民间借贷、融资期限配置不合理、缺乏长期稳定的资金来源。而产生这些问题的原因一方面是由于企业自身缺陷,包括资产规模小、经营风险大、抵押担保能力不足、组织结构和财务制度不规范;另一方面是受到企业外部环境因素的干扰,包括缺乏完善的法律制度、政策落实不够到位以及金融市场的融资体系不完善。最后,为了能够缓解JM科技股份公司的融资困境,提出企业需加强自身建设和信誉培养,创新融资方式,同时积极争取政府方面的扶持,培养和完善多元化的融资策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s socialist market economy,Technology-based SMEs have a decisive position in the national economy,such as promoting market full competition,easing social employment pressure,and promoting technological innovation.Therefore,the state is very concerned about the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.However,there are still many problems that limit and hinder the development of SMEs.The financing problem is particularly prominent.Solving the financing dilemma of SMEs has become the central difficulty of the company’s development strategy.This paper is based on financing theory such as capital structure theory,financing order theory and information asymmetry.Taking JM Technology Co.,Ltd as the research object.Using literature review and case study methods,Combine the financial situation and financing status of JM’s profit,debt repayment,operation,etc.It is found that the main problems in the financing of JM technology companies are narrow financing channels,excessive reliance on private lending,unreasonable allocation of financing periods,and lack of long-term stable sources of funds.On the one hand,the reasons for these problems are due to the company’s own defects,including small assets,high risk of operation and management,insufficient mortgage guarantee capability,and irregular organizational structure and financial system.On the other hand,it is interfered by external environmental factors,including Lack of a sound legal system,insufficient government support,and imperfect financing systems in financial markets.Finally,in order to alleviate the financing difficulties of JM Technology Co.,Ltd.,it is proposed that enterprises should strengthen their own construction and reputation training,improve the indirect financing system with banks as the mainstay,and strengthen and support the government to cultivate and improve diversified financing strategies.更多还原
