【摘要】 习近平总书记3月18日主持召开学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会并发表重要讲话,总书记强调:“推动思想政治理论课改革创新,要不断增强思政课的思想性、理论性和亲和力、针对性。”(1)提升高校思想政治理论课亲和力的问题是适应新时代中国特色社会主义思想的时代要求,也是思想政治教育学科发展的内在要求。如何使思想政治理论课亲近学生,吸引学生,感染学生,说服学生是摆在所有思政工作者和研究者面前的一个全新课题和全面挑战。以学生兴趣和需要为基点选择和制定教学内容和教学方法,有利于打造充满活力的思政课课堂,从而使学生走近思政课,进而喜爱思政课,并从思政课中受益终身。因此,如何使各方因素协同作用,提升高校思想政治理论课亲和力是思想政治教育的重要课题之一。本文从思想政治理论课亲和力的一般理论出发,系统分析了影响思想政治理论课亲和力的要素,并对提升高校思想政治理论课亲和力现实路径做出了一些思考。论文除绪论部分之外共分成三个部分对提升高校思想政治理论课亲和力进行研究。第一部分在阐述亲和力内涵和功能之后,结合高校思想政治理论课特点,相应地总结出思想政治理论课亲和力内涵,并对其特征、构成要素进行深入分析。同时阐述了提升高校思想政治理论课亲和力的重要意义。第二部分分析了高校思想政治理论课亲和力的整体状况。首先,总结了思想政治理论课亲和力近年来取得的一些成绩。主要有思想政治理论课教学内容坚持与时俱进的原则增强了对学生的吸引力、教师坚持立德修身的原则增强了师生亲近感、教学载体坚持开拓创新的原则增强了学生对思政课的认同感;其次,分析了当前高校思想政治理论课缺少亲和力仍存在的诸多问题,具体表现为教学内容缺乏实践性和针对性、教学方法缺乏多样性和灵活性、教师缺乏能动性和感染力、教师对学生需求缺乏深入了解;最后,从四个方面探讨了问题产生的成因。即学生对思政课的主观认识度不够、教材内容和学生实际贴合度不够、教学方法与学生兴趣融合度不够、教育者与学生心灵沟通程度不够。第三部分对提升高校思想政治理论课亲和力的途径和方法进行了探索,提出了几点建议。鉴于高校思想政治理论课亲和力存在的问题及其成因,从坚持以学生为本的教育理念、提升思想政治理论课教师素质、完善思想政治理论课教学内容、创新思想政治理论课教学载体四个方面展开深入研究,以期达到提升高校思想政治理论课亲和力之目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 On march 18,General Secretary Xi Jinping presided over a symposium for teachers of ideological and political theory courses in schools,delivered an important speech and stressed : “in order to promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory course,the ideological,theoretical,affinity and pertinence of ideological and political theory course should be constantly enhanced.” The problem of improving the affinity of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities is not only the requirement of adapting to the socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,but also the internal requirement of the development of the subject of ideological and political education.How to make the ideological and political theory class close to students,attract students,infect students,and convince students is a brand-new subject and all-round challenge in front of all the ideological and political workers and researchers.The choice and formulation of teaching contents and teaching methods based on students’ interests and needs is conducive to creating a dynamic classroom of ideological and political education,thus enabling students to approach the course of ideological and political education,and then love the course of ideological and political education,and benefit life-long from the course of ideological and political education.Therefore,it is one of the important topics of ideological and political education that how to make all the factors cooperate and improve the affinity of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities.Starting from the general theory of affinity of ideological and political theory,this paper systematically analyzes the factors that affect the affinity of ideological and political theory,and makes some thoughts on how to improve the affinity of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities.In addition to the introduction part,the thesis is divided into three parts to improve the affinity of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.In the first part,after expounding the connotation and function of affinity,combining with the characteristics of the course of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities,the author sums up the connotation of affinity of the course of ideological and political theory,and deeply analyzes its characteristics and constituent elements.At the same time,it expounds the important significance of improving the affinity ofideological and political theory course in colleges and universities.The second part analyses the overall situation of the affinity of the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities.First of all,the achievements of the affinity of the ideological and political theory course in recent years are summarized.The principle of keeping pace with the times of the teaching content of the ideological and political theory course enhances the attraction of the students,and the principle of the teacher’s adherence to the self-cultivation of the moral education enhances the affinity of the students and the students,and the teaching carrier insists on the principle of innovation and innovation to enhance the sense of the students to the ideological and political class;and secondly,This paper analyzes the existing problems of the lack of the affinity of the current ideological and political theory course in the university,which is embodied in the lack of practicality and pertinence of the teaching content,the lack of diversity and the flexibility of the teaching methods,the teachers The lack of the initiative and the infectivity,the teachers lack in-depth understanding of the demand of the students;and finally,the causes of the problems are discussed from the four aspects.That is,the students’ subjective awareness of the ideological and political class is not enough,the content of the teaching materials and the students’ actual fit are not enough,the teaching method and the students’ interest are not enough,and the level of communication between the educators and the students is not enough.The third part explores the ways and methods to improve the affinity of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,and puts forward some suggestions.In view of the problems existing in the affinity of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities and their causes,we should adhere to the concept of student-oriented education,improve the quality of teachers in ideological and political theory courses,and improve the teaching contents of ideological and political theory courses.In order to improve the affinity of the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities,four aspects of teaching carrier of innovative ideological and political theory course are studied deeply in order to improve the affinity of ideological and political theory course.更多还原
