【摘要】 改革开放四十年,非公有制经济为我国经济发展作出了巨大贡献。习近平在党的十九大报告中指出,经历过去五年的历史性变革,中国特色社会主义事业突飞猛进,其中经济建设取得重大成就,我国国内生产总值稳居世界第二,占我国经济总量60%以上的非公有制经济功不可没。在进一步加强和推进全面从严治党的新时代,习近平在十九大报告中将党的建设伟大工程放在报告最后一个独立板块来强调。相比非公有制经济在中国经济总量中的巨大比重,非公有制企业党建工作发展略显滞后,导致党的路线、方针、政策在非公有制企业中得不到有效的贯彻和落实。为了在党的带领下早日实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦以及早日建成富强民主文明和谐美丽的社会主义现代化强国,本文正是抓住这一现实问题,在马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想以及中国特色社会主义理论体系,尤其是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想中关于党的建设理论的基础上,深入分析了目前我国非公有制企业党建工作取得的成就和存在的现实困境,并对此提出解决对策。正文分为五章,其主要内容如下:第一章,绪论。本章阐述了研究的背景与意义,对国内外的研究现状进行了全面的总结和梳理,并提出研究的方法和创新点。第二章,新时代非公有制企业党建的理论基础。本章从马克思主义经典作家的企业党建思想,以及中国化马克思主义非公有制企业党建思想两方面深入分析和阐述了非公有制企业党建的理论基础,为新时代推进非公有制企业党建工作提供了理论指导。第三章,新时代非公有制企业党建的必要性。本章从夯实党的执政基础、促进非公有制企业健康发展两方面阐述了非公有制企业党建的必要性。第四章,非公有制企业党建工作的现状。本章在文献研究的基础上,总结归纳了当前非公有制企业党建所取得的成就以及所面临的现实困境。第五章,新时代推进非公有制企业党建工作的对策。本章主要针对第四章中提到的当前非公有制企业党建所面临的现实困境,对我国新时代推进非公有制企业党建提出切实可行的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the past 40 years of reform and opening up.non-public economy has made great contributions to China’s economic development.Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC that after the past five years of historical changes,the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics has made rapid progress.Among them,great achievements have been made in economic construction.China’s gross domestic product(GDP)ranks second in the world steadily,accounting for more than 60%of China’s total economic output.In order to further strengthen and promote the new era of strict Party governance in an all-round way,Xi Jinping put the great project of Party building on the last independent section of the report to emphasize in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress.Compared with the huge proportion of non-public economy in China’s total economic output,the development of Party building in non-public enterprises lags behind slightly,resulting in the ineffective implementation and implementation of the Party’s line,principles and policies in non-public enterprises.In order to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation at an early date under the leadership of the Party and to build a strong,democratic,civilized,harmonious and beautiful socialist modernization power at an early date,this paper is precisely to grasp this realistic problem and to discuss the Party in Marxist-Leninist,Mao Zedong Thought and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,especially in Xi Jinping’s socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era.On the basis of the construction theory,this paper thoroughly analyses the achievements and practical dilemmas of Party building in non-public enterprises in China,and puts forward some countermeasures to these problems.The text is divided into five chapters,the main contents are as follows:The first chapter,introduction.This chapter elaborates the background and significance of the research,summarizes and combs the current research situation at home and abroad,and puts forward the research methods and innovative points.The second chapter,the theoretical basis of Party building in non-public enterprises in the new era.This chapter deeply analyses and expounds the theoretical basis of Party building in non-public enterprises from two aspects:the classical Marxist writers’thought of Party building in enterprises and the Chinese Marxist thought of Party building in non-public enterprises,which provides theoretical guidance for promoting Party building in non-public enterprises in the new era.The third chapter,necessity of Party building in non-public enterprises in the new era.This chapter expounds the necessity of Party building in non-public enterprises from two aspects:consolidating the ruling foundation of the Party and promoting the healthy development of non-public enterprises.The fourth chapter,the current situation of Party building in non-public enterprises.On the basis of literature research,this article summarizes the achievements of Party building in non-public enterprises and the practical difficulties they are facing.The fifth chapter,the countermeasures to promote Party building in non-public enterprises in the new era.This chapter mainly aims at the realistic dilemma of Party building in non-public enterprises mentioned in Chapter IV,and puts forward feasible countermeasures to promote party building in non-public enterprises in the new era of our country.更多还原
