现场管理对提升Y公司SMT产品质量的研究

【摘要】 随着中国制造2025的提出,国内制造业正需要一场全新的管理改革,企业要想在竞争当中做佼佼者就必须不断加强对自身管理的建设,尤其是对生产现场的管理。为了进一步对企业竞争力的提升,就要加强对产品高质量的追求,提升质量的基本办法就是加强对生产过程各环节的监控,现场管理的加强有助于提升企业形象,增强企业软实力。生产现场是获取产品多样信息的第一现场,更真实反映生产过程中发生的问题,也是问题发生的根源,所以解决根源问题能从根本保证产品质量,而加强现场管理也对现场人员进行严格要求,从而更进一步提升工作质量。故此,现场管理意义重大。本文主要是针对Y公司SMT生产车间现场进行分析和研究,通过对现场各流程、各工序的梳理,寻找出生产各环节中问题的发生点,分析产生质量问题的原因,同时制定整改计划,并制定现场管理实施方案。在实际项目实施过程中,通过5S管理方法(即整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养)来对生产现场进行改善;同时又运用目视化管理科学系统的打造一流规范的车间;除此之外还增加标准制度化建设,使员工在日常各项工作中,操作更加规范,同时也使企业制度更加完善;通过对生产过程的分析梳理,结合质量问题的原因,对现场进行科学布局,进一步降低质量事故的发生率。基于现场管理三大工具的使用以及车间科学布局,从而实现各工序生产质量的全面提升,降低产品缺陷率,从而使Y公司现场管理运营获取良好的成果。同时还需要实施总结经验,定期对现场管理改善和质量的改善进行分析和总结,并持续改进不足,不断优化现场管理、提升产品质量。
【Abstract】 With the proposal of made in China 2025,the domestic manufacturing industry is in need of a brand new management reform.In order to be outstanding in the competition,enterprises must constantly strengthen the construction of their own management,especially the management of the production site.In order to further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,it is necessary to strengthen the pursuit of high-quality products.The basic way to improve quality is to strengthen the monitoring of all links in the production process.The strengthening of on-site management is conducive to improving the corporate image and enhancing the soft power of enterprises.The production site is the first site to obtain diversified product information,which can more truly reflect the problems occurred in the production process and the root cause of the problems.Therefore,the root cause can fundamentally guarantee the product quality,and the strengthening of the site management can also restrict the personnel on the site,so as to further improve the work quality.Therefore,the site management is of great significance.This paper mainly analyzes and studies the SMT production workshop of Y company on the spot.By sorting out the processes and procedures on the spot,it finds out the occurrence points of problems in each link of production,analyzes the causes of quality problems,and makes rectification plans and on-site management implementation plans.In the actual project implementation process,improve the production site through 5S management method(i.e.,sorting,rectification,cleaning,cleaning and literacy);At the same time,visual management of scientific system to create a first-class standardized workshop;In addition,standard institutionalization is also added to make employees operate more standardized in daily work and improve the enterprise system.Through the analysis of the production process,combined with the causes of quality problems,scientific layout of the site,to further reduce the incidence of quality accidents.Based on the use of three tools of field management and the scientific layout of the workshop,the production quality of each process can be improved comprehensively and the defect rate of products can be reduced,so that Y company can achieve good results in the field management and operation.At the same time,it is necessary to summarize experience,analyze and summarize the improvement of site management and quality on a regular basis,and continuously improve the deficiencies to constantly optimize site management and improve product quality.
