【摘要】 北洋政府时期的河南受北洋军阀和地方军阀的双重统治,政治上吏治腐败,政局动荡;经济上经济疲软,商业凋敝;军事上军阀混战,战争频发;社会上土匪蜂起,秩序不稳,整个河南社会处在一种混乱无序的状态。这一时期的河南政治、经济、军事及社会等各方面综合矛盾的主要体现与反应就是军队频繁的兵变与暴动,频繁的兵变一直伴随着北洋政府统治的始末,成为了北洋及河南政府无法克服的顽疾。文章第一章将北洋政府时期的河南兵变进行了统计、分类与概括。以兵变的背景、特点与频次将这一时期的兵变分为三个时期,即1912至1919年为兵变的低发期也是酝酿时期,1920至1922年为兵变的高发时期,1923-1927年为兵变的混乱时期。第二章主要从河南政治、经济、军事与社会方面等因素分析与总结兵变频繁爆发的原因,在政治上北洋政府与河南地区政局动荡`,政权更易频繁,混乱的政局成为了兵变频发的主要原因;经济上因军队规模与军费数额的不断激增,士兵因长期积欠军饷成为促使兵变的直接原因;军事上军队内部矛盾与繁杂的客军驻扎也是兵变爆发的主要因素;在社会上,在遍及全省的匪患之下,兵与匪之间的互相勾结是兵变爆发的重要内部因素。第三章主要论述了兵变发生之后政府与社会各界对兵变造成的伤害进行的善后与抚慰。第四章中描绘了兵变对河南社会所造成的影响,主要分为两部分,第一部分为兵变发生时乱兵对社会经济各方面的直接破坏,第二部分为兵变发生之后,兵变余毒对河南社会各方面所造成的深远影响。河南兵变贯穿于北洋政府统治时期的各个阶段,也贯穿于近代河南政治、经济、军事及社会各方面,是各种矛盾的必然产物。频繁的兵变发最终反噬于近代河南社会,给社会造成了严重的损害,加速了北洋政府的覆亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the dual rule of northern warlords and local warlords,Henan suffered from political corruption and political instability.Economically,the economy is weak,businesses are depressed;Military warlords melee,frequent war;The bandit swarmed and the order was not stable.The whole Henan society was in a state of disorder.During this period,the main manifestation and reaction of the comprehensive contradiction in Henan’s politics,economy,military and society was the frequent mutiny and riot of the army.The frequent mutiny was always accompanied by the beginning and end of Beiyang government’s rule,which became a stubborn disease that the Beiyang and Henan government could not overcome.In the first chapter,the author makes statistics,classification and summarization of the mutiny in Henan during the Beiyang government period.Based on the background,characteristics and frequency of the mutiny,the mutiny in this period was divided into three periods,namely,the low period from 1912 to 1919 was also the brewing period,the high period from 1920 to 1922,and the chaotic period from 1923 to 1927.The second chapter mainly analyzes and summarizes the causes of frequent mutinies from the political,economic,military and social aspects of henan province.Due to the rapid increase of military scale and military expenditure,soldiers’ long-term unpaid military pay became the direct cause of mutiny.In military affairs,internal conflicts and complex guest troops’ stationing are also the main factors for the outbreak of mutiny.In society,the collusion between soldiers and bandits is an important internal factor in the outbreak of the mutiny.The third chapter mainly discusses the government and the society from all walks of life to the mutiny after the occurrence of the injury and comfort.Chapter four describes the impact of the mutiny on Henan society,which is mainly divided into two parts.The first part is the direct damage caused by the mutiny to various aspects of society and economy;the second part is the far-reaching impact of the mutiny on various aspects of Henan society after the mutiny.The mutiny in Henan ran through all stages of the Beiyang government’s reign,and also ran through the political,economic,military and social aspects of Henan in modern times.Frequent mutiny finally turned on modern Henan society,causing serious damage to the society and accelerating the fall of Beiyang government.更多还原
