【摘要】 本文旨在研究北方地区高密度居住区绿地人文关怀的方法理论,重点阐述如何在实际案例中将人文关怀的理论在居住区绿地中进行应用。在现代社会,随着市场经济的发展和国民生活水平的提高,人们对住居住区的绿地环境越来越重视,对居住区的绿地活动的类型也提出了许多新的要求,居住区绿地空间的发展需要能够和时代同步。在现代居住类型中,人文关怀是一个可以触动人心的刺激点。居住区中的人文关怀可以看做为一个社会学的概念,可以从人与社会、人与环境的关系方面上去分析其内部含义,广义的解释就是一切从人的行为需求出发。人文关怀应该立足于人性的高度上把握使用者需求的方向,综合处理居住区绿地所涉及的各种问题,体现人文关怀的居住区绿地不仅是给生活带来方便,更重要的是给居民提供一个具有归属感、舒适性、宜居性的“家”的感受。人文关怀的宗旨就是满足居民物质和精神双方面的使用需求,这既是时代步伐迈进的必然趋势,也是本文研究的立足点。本文主要针对北方地区高密度居住区这一类居住形态进行相关论述,文章阐述了人文关怀研究的意义,明确了建立和完善北方地区高密度居住区人文关怀的绿地体系的研究目的,分析国内外高密度居住区绿地中人文关怀的研究进展,解析了北方地区高密度居住区、居住区绿地、人文关怀的相关概念,强调了人文关怀的基本内容和基本原则。本文重点对我国北方地区居住区绿地中的活动类型进行了深入而又细致的研究,同时以此作为切入点,通过跨学科研究法、文献研究法、实地考察法、经验总结法、对比分析法五种科学的研究方法,结合国内人文关怀的调研现状及存在的问题得出结论,提出了关于北方地区高密度居住区绿地中人文关怀方面的理论性研究思路:认为需要满足居住区绿地中功能定位的准确性、无障碍性、易识别性、易到达性、可交往性、尺度适宜性、材质使用合理性七大方面。同时结合相关案例,就高密度居住区绿地中比较有代表性的休闲娱乐、康体健身、邻里交流、儿童活动、老年活动五种活动类型,重点阐述如何以人文关怀的设计策略在这些活动类型中进行实施和应用。最后对人文关怀的前景做出了深刻的思考。本文力求通过对人文关怀的在高密度居住区绿地中的初步研究,使人们对真正意义上的人文关怀有进一步的了解,对“人”这种居住区活动的行为主体做进一步的思考。满足使用者的行为需求,使居民有亲和感,为居住区的设计提供本源的回归。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper is to study the methods and theorys of humanistic care in high density residential green space in North China,and emphasis on how to apply the theory of humanistic care in actual case in residential area.In the modern society,with the development of economy and living standards,people pay more and more attention to the outer space environment of residential area,and put forward many new requirements on types of green space environment of residential area,and,so the development of green space in the residential area need to keep up with the pace of times.Humanistic care is a stimulating point which can be touched in the modern residential type.Humanistic care is a sociological concept,its connotation can be analyzed from the relationship between people and society,the popular brief explanation is that everything from people needs.Humanistic care should grasp the design direction based on human nature,comprehensive processing all kinds of problems related with the residential area of green space.The residential green area,reflected humanistic care,should not only to bring convenience to life,but more important is to provide residents with a "home" feeling of belonging,comfort and livability.The purpose of the humanistic care is to satisfy people’s material and spiritual use requirements,this is the inevitable trend of the times,and also is the foothold of this article.This article mainly focuses on the residential form of high density residential area in northern China.This article expounds the significance of the study of human care,definites the study purpose of establishing and improving the green space system of high density residential area in northern China.It also analysis the study development of humanistic care in high density residential area domestic and overseas,explains the related concept of northern high density residential area,residential green area humane care,emphasizes the basic contens and pinciples of humanistic care.This article mainly have in-depth and meticulous research of types of activities in residential area green space in north China,and take it as a breakthrough point,adopt interdisciplinary research method,literature research,on-the-spot investigation method,experience method,comparative analysis,these five scientific research methods,combined with the research status and existing problem of humanistic care to come to the conclusion,propose the theoretical research th iking:it needs to meet the accuracy,accessibility,easy to identify,easy to reach,communication,scale suitability and material use rationality,these seven aspacts of residential green space’s function orientation.Combined with the related cases at the same time,regards on entertainment and leisure,recreation and fitness,the neighbourhood exchanges,activities for children,elderly activity,these five type more typical activity types of high density residential green area,to focus on how to apply and carry out for research with humanistic care methods in these activity types.Finally,it mkes a deep thinking about the prospect of humanistic care.This article tries to seek through the preliminary study of humanistic care in high density residential area of green space,make people have further understanding of the true meaning of humanistic care,and also have deeper thinking about "human",the behavior subject of residential area.To meet the the user’s behavior needs,to let people have a sense of affinity,to provide a return of the source for the residential area design.更多还原
