H省安保公司警犬技术工作管理问题研究

【摘要】 随着中国经济的快速发展,国际国内形势不断变化,国内社会矛盾呈现多层面融合交织,社会整体安全形势表现为“燃点低,触点多”的局面,为社会提供“安全”产品的制造商需要按照市场的需求定向提供。企业只有通过优化工作流程、提升管理水平达到企业盈利的目的。H省警犬技术工作曾领先全国,但是随着刑事技术的进步和社会整体防控形势变化,发展遇到了前所未有的挑战。面对新形势,H省警犬技术工作将管理和工作流程优化提高到战略高度,积极适应新形势下市场对安全产品的需求。在优化流程时减少指挥层级、缩短响应时间,管理上调整组织结构,提升客户的满意度。文章以H省警犬技术工作的发展为研究背景,通过制作公司业务工作流程图,分析公司的现状和存在的问题。有针对性的对以上的问题作出改进。研究中优化流程以企业战略目标为方向,提升现场使用效果为目的。优化企业流程使用工具是ESIA、ECRS方案进行优化处理。优化方向为:针对繁育部门的结构和流程进行优化;训练部门结构和工作流程优化;现场使用流程优化,增加现场使用中信息共享的机制。以上方案的实施,能解决繁育与使用脱节,训练与使用脱节,现场使用效果不佳的问题。最后,H省安保公司警犬技术工作要善于利用新技术新装备,对业务流程进行固化,逐渐形成管理科学化,决策智能化,高科技支撑的局面,从而为企业在实现组织目标工作中科学合理流畅的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s economy,the international and domestic situation is constantly changing.Domestic social contradictions are intertwined in many aspects.The overall social security situation is characterized by "low ignition point and many contacts".Manufacturers who provide "safe" products for the society need to provide them in accordance with market demand orientation.Only by optimizing the workflow and improving the management level can enterprises achieve the goal of profitability.The technical work of police dog in H province has led the whole country,but with the progress of criminal technology and the change of the overall situation of social prevention and control,the development has met unprecedented challenges.Faced with the new situation,H company will improve the management and workflow optimization to a strategic level,and actively adapt to the new situation of market demand for safety products.When optimizing the process,we should reduce the level of command,shorten the response time,adjust the organizational structure and improve customer satisfaction.Taking the development of H enterprise as the research background,this paper analyses the current situation and existing problems of the company by making the company’s business flow chart.Targeted to improve the above problems.In the research,the optimization process takes the strategic goal of the enterprise as the direction,and the purpose is to improve the effect of on-site use.To optimize the enterprise process,the tool is to optimize the solution.The optimization direction is: optimize the structure and process of breeding department;optimize the structure and workflow of training department;optimize the process of field use and increase the mechanism of information sharing in field use.The implementation of the above scheme can solve the problems of disjointed breeding and use,disjointed training and use,and poor on-site use effect.Finally,H company should be good at using new technology and equipment to solidify business processes,gradually forming a situation of scientific management,intelligent decision-making and high-tech support,so as to achieve the goal of scientific,reasonable and smooth organization.更多还原
