【摘要】 随着我国城市的迅速发展,历史文化街区保护与活力复兴活动不断展开,历史风貌建筑作为历史文化街区的主要组成部分,具有较高的历史、文化与社会价值,其保护与再利用问题也受到了人们越来越多的关注,不仅关系着街区的活力复兴、城市历史脉络的延续,更关系到城市的可持续发展。福州上下杭历史文化街区作为福州历史文化名城的重要组成部分,具有完整的历史风貌与丰富的文化内涵,是福州近现代城市活动的重要载体;但建国后,福州城市发展重心北移,街区活力丧失,大量历史风貌建筑功能异化,建筑质量衰败,已无法满足当代城市生活需求。为使其更好适应现代生活并保持和传承福州近现代城市商业文化,本文以历史文化街区及其历史风貌建筑的保护与再利用为出发点,第一、二章首先明确历史风貌建筑概念,阐述其保护与再利用的发展历程,总结我国在历史风貌建筑保护再利用过程中存在的问题;在此基础上制定相适应的评价体系,对建筑进行分类,采用不同的措施;同时对相关理论及原则进行研究,并通过评析再利用的相关实例,以便对上下杭历史风貌建筑保护与再利用进行指导;第三章对上下杭及其历史风貌建筑进行基础研究,从历史文化街区发展变迁、核心价值及建筑类型入手,梳理其中历史风貌建筑的分布情况;对传统木结构、近现代砖(石)木结构、当代砖混结构风貌建筑进行特征论述,探析其存在的问题;第四章针对上下杭已完成保护与再利用的历史风貌建筑进行评析,从价值评估入手,对不同价值的建筑采用的不同措施进行比较,在规划层面、建筑层面、景观层面总结上下杭历史风貌建筑保护再利用的具体方式,为后续再利用设计实践提供有针对性、适应性的策略;第五章为探索实践章节,将上述研究的措施与策略运用于具体实践,以上下杭隆平路西片区为实践对象,阐述实践项目基地概况,分析基地内用地结构、空间肌理、街巷格局、建筑形态;梳理历史风貌建筑的分布情况,并对其进行核心价值评估及再利用策略的制定;从片区肌理,建筑功能、内部空间、外部形态、场所景观等多方面论述设计实践方案,弥补福州上下杭历史风貌建筑研究的空缺。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of cities in our country,the historical and cultural blocks continue the conservation and energy regeneration activities.As an important part of historical and cultural blocks,historical and cultural buildings have high historical,cultural and social values,and their protection and reuse have attracted more and more attention,which not only relates to the vitality of the block,the continuity of the historical context of the city,but also to the sustainable development of the city.Shangxiahang historic blocks in Fuzhou,as an important part of historical and cultural city,has complete historical style and features and rich cultural connotation,it is the important carrier of modern fuzhou city activity.However,after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the center of gravity of fuzhou city was shifted to the north,and the vitality of the block was lost,the architectural function of the historic buildings was dissimilated,the quality of the buildings was declining,which could not meet the demands of the modern urban life.In order to make it better adapt to the modern life and maintain and inherit the modern city commercial culture in Fuzhou,this article is based on the protection and reuse of historical and cultural blocks and their historic buildings.First of all,the first and second chapter clear the concept of historic character buildings and expounds the development course of historic character buildings for protection and reuse.On this basis,the paper summarized existing problems in the process of the historic character buildings protection and reuse in our country.and then this part make appropriate evaluation system,the classification,adopt different measures.At the same time,the relevant theories and principles are studied,and the relevant examples are analyzed in order to guide the protection and reuse of the historic character buildings.The third chapter make a basic research for Shangxiahang and its historic character building from the historic cultural blocks development,the core value and the building type,combing with the distribution of historic character buildings.And this part analyzes the existing problems of traditional wood structure,modern brick(stone)wood structure and contemporary brick-concrete-structured style architecture.The fourth chapter made a analysis of the completed the protection and reuse of historic character building,from the value assessment of buildings and adopt different strategies for different value comparison,and summarized historic character buildings protection concrete way in the planning,construction level and landscape level for subsequent reuse design practice to provide targeted,adaptive strategies.The fifth chapter is the practice chapter,which applies the above research measure and strategies to the west of Longping road area,analysis of the base inner land use structure,texture,pattern of streets and lanes,building space form.And then the distribution of historic character buildings is sorted out,and the core value assessment and reuse strategy are proposed.This part discusses the design practice from various aspects,such as the area texture,the building function,the space,the shape,the external place and so on,to make up the vacancy of the research on the Historic character buildings in Fuzhou.更多还原
