【摘要】 进入社会主义的新时代,为有效治理我国农村地区贫困的情况,我国推出精准扶贫政策,是促进农村治理贫困工作的重要内容。然而,我国农村地区面积过大,在对农村地区进行扶贫的过程中会出现很多问题,通过精准扶贫政策,对农村地区实行一对一的帮扶,从而不断提高农村地区的生活水平。然而,精准扶贫政策在农村实施的过程中会面临很多的问题。本文正是基于这样的时代背景,通过对近年来农村地区精准扶贫政策国内外研究现状的分析,基于农村精准扶贫政策的相关理论,提出我国农村地区精准扶贫政策开展的现状,通过以四川省D县精准扶贫政策作为研究的对象,对该县精准扶贫的成效与存在的问题进行分析,文章最后对我国农村地区精准扶贫的政策提出了思考。为不断提高农村地区精准扶贫政策的有效性,我国应该因地制宜选择扶贫模式,不断提升贫困群众发展能力,进而完善贫困村基础设施建设,不断完善精准扶贫考评机制。通过不断加强对农村地区精准扶贫政策的管理,从而使得我国农村地区精准扶贫政策更加有序的开展,从而真正的起到精准扶贫政策的作用,促进农村地区有效发展。本文通过采用文献资料法、案例分析法、定性与定量相结合分析法,通过查找相关资料,基于对农村地区精准扶贫政策,开展相关数据的调查与了解,对农村地区提高精准扶贫政策提出了发展的建议,旨为农村地区不断提高经济水平,而做好理论基础工作。因此,探讨农村地区的精准扶贫政策有利于明确我国扶贫开发工作的重心,有助于制定更加明确可行的精准扶贫政策,也有利于我国精准扶贫目标的实现、任务的达成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Entering the new era of socialism,in order to effectively control the poverty situation in rural areas of our country,the introduction of precise poverty alleviation policy is an important part of promoting the work of poverty control in rural areas.However,because of the large area of rural areas in China,many problems will arise in the process of poverty alleviation in rural areas.Through precise poverty alleviation policies,one-to-one assistance will be implemented in rural areas,so as to continuously improve the living standards of rural areas.However,the precise poverty alleviation policy in the rural implementation process will face many problems.This paper is based on this background,through the analysis of the research status of precise Poverty Alleviation Policies in rural areas at home and abroad in recent years,and based on the relevant theories of precise Poverty Alleviation Policies in rural areas,puts forward the current situation of precise Poverty Alleviation Policies in rural areas in China.Through taking the precise poverty alleviation policies of a county in Sichuan Province as the research object,this paper improves the effectiveness and problems of precise Poverty Alleviation Policies in the county.In the end,the paper puts forward some thoughts on the policy of precise poverty alleviation in rural areas of China.In order to continuously improve the effectiveness of the precise poverty alleviation policy in rural areas,China should choose the mode of poverty alleviation according to local conditions,constantly enhance the development capacity of the poor people,and then improve the infrastructure construction of poor villages,and constantly improve the evaluation mechanism of precise poverty alleviation.By continuously strengthening the management of the precise poverty alleviation policy in rural areas,the precise poverty alleviation policy in rural areas of our country can be carried out more orderly,thus truly playing the role of precise poverty alleviation policy and promoting the effective development of rural areas.By using the methods of documentation,case analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,and by searching for relevant information,based on the investigation and understanding of the relevant data of the precise poverty alleviation policy in rural areas,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of the precise poverty alleviation policy in rural areas,aiming at improving the economic level in rural areas and doing a good job in theoretical basis.Therefore,discussing the precise poverty alleviation policy in rural areas is conducive to clarifying the focus of poverty alleviation and development work,formulating more clear and feasible precise poverty alleviation policy,and also conducive to the realization of the precise poverty alleviation goal and task in China.更多还原
