【摘要】 本文以赶超发展①为出发点,聚焦闽台经济综合竞争力比较研究。依据区域竞争力相关理论,借鉴相关文献的研究方法,本文构建了闽台经济综合竞争力评价指标体系。进而在此基础上,对2008-2017年闽台两地系列指标数据进行去量纲和加权运算,得到闽台综合竞争力指标评分结果。针对评分结果的对比分析显示:(1)2008年至2017年,闽台两地的经济综合竞争力均呈总体上升趋势;但台湾是波动上升,而福建则呈现持续、稳态上升势头,其上升速度明显快于台湾。(2)十年间,闽台两地经济综合竞争力差距大幅缩小,但台湾仍然具有明显比较优势。尤其在居民教育及素质、科技实力、金融实力、企业竞争力、生活生态环境方面,闽台仍存在较大差距。(3)在赶超台湾的发展进程中,福建经济竞争力提升明显,其在政府作用、基础设施方面的竞争力业已超越台湾,在金融实力、科技实力、居民教育及素质、企业竞争力等方面成长迅速。(4)十年间,福建的“生活、生态环境”竞争力成长有限。该指标项的闽台差距期末反较期初拉大,反映福建的竞争力存在短板。过去十年,福建在“核心竞争力”部分已奠定了较为雄厚的发展基础,但赶上并超越台湾尚需假以时日。大力提升福建综合竞争力,加快赶超发展步伐,关键在于切实贯彻五大发展理念,着力“抓创新”、“补短板”、“促协调”。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article takes the catch-up development as the starting point and focuses on the comparative study of the overall competitiveness between Fujian and Taiwan.According to the theory of regional competitiveness and the research methods of relevant literatures,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of overall competitiveness between Fujian and Taiwan.Based on this,the de-dimension and weighting calculations of the series of index data of Fujian and Taiwan in 2008-2017 are carried out,and the results of the overall competitiveness index of Fujian and Taiwan are obtained.A comparative analysis of the scoring results shows that:(1)From 2008 to 2017,the overall economic competitiveness of both Fujian and Taiwan showed an overall upward trend,however,Taiwan experienced an increase in volatility,while Fujian showed a sustained and steady upward trend.The rate of rise is significantly faster than that of Taiwan.(2)In the past ten years,the gap in the overall economic competitiveness between Fujian and Taiwan has been greatly reduced,but Taiwan still has obvious comparative advantages,especially in terms of residents’ education and quality,scientific and technological strength,financial strength,corporate competitiveness,and living and ecological environment,there is still a big gap between Fujian and Taiwan.(3)In the process of catching up with Taiwan,Fujian’s economic competitiveness has improved significantly.Its competitiveness in government and infrastructure has surpassed Taiwan.The aspect in terms of financial strength,scientific and technological strength,resident education and quality,and corporate competitiveness has grown rapidly.(4)During the decade,Fujian’s life,ecological environment competitiveness has limited growth.The gap of this indicator at the end of the period is larger than the beginning of the period,reflecting the shortcomings of Fujian’s competitiveness.In the past ten years,Fujian has laid a relatively strong foundation for development in the "core competitiveness" section,but it will take time to catch up with Taiwan.The key to vigorously improving Fujian’s overall competitiveness and accelerating the pace of catching up with development is to implement the five development concepts and focus on "grasping innovation","compensating for shortcomings" and "promoting coordination".更多还原
