【摘要】 目的:观察灵菇合剂联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂用于慢性便秘患者肠道准备,观察肠道准备清洁度、患者可耐受性、不良反应的发生率,为临床上慢性便秘患者的肠道准备工作提供一些帮助。方法:把60例慢性便秘患者随机分为观察组和对照组,结肠镜检查前分别给予“灵菇合剂联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂”、“单用复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂”行肠道准备。观察两组肠道清洁情况,患者可耐受程度及不良反应的发生情况。两组均在结肠镜检查结束后由结肠镜检查医师单盲情况下进行评分。结果:符合纳入标准的60例研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者30例,其中男性16例,女性14例,平均年龄52.20±10.96;对照组患者30例,其中男性15例,女性15例,平均年龄52.90±11.39,两组患者一般情况比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。观察组渥太华评分平均得分4.53±2.24,合格率为83.33%,高质量肠道准备率30.0%,对照组渥太华评分平均得分3.40±1.79,合格率为70%,高质量肠道准备率26.67%,观察组渥太华评分结果明显优于对照组,两组渥太华评分结果比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组和对照组在肠道气泡、患者可耐受程度、患者不良反应情况方面评分结果显示无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:观察组通过灵菇合剂联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂行肠道准备,较对照组单用复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂行肠道准备可明显提高肠道准备清洁度、渥太华评分合格率和高质量肠道准备率,因此灵菇合剂联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂可作为慢性便秘患者的肠道准备方案在临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Observing Lingling Mixture combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for bowel preparation in patients with chronic constipation,observing the cleanliness of bowel preparation,tolerability of patients,incidence of adverse reactions,and preparation of bowel for patients with clinically chronic constipation Work provides some help.Methods: Sixty patients with chronic constipation were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group received the Linggu mixture combined with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder on intestinal preparation before colonoscopy,and the control group received the polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder on intestinal preparation before colonoscopy to observe the intestinal cleanliness,patients tolerance and the adverse reactions in both groups.Both groups were scored by a colonoscopist with single blind method after colonoscopy.Results: Sixty subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group included 30 patients,including 16 males and 14 females,with an average age of 52.20 to 10.96.The control group included 30 patients,including 15 males and 15 females.The average age was 52.90 to 11.39.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group Ottawa score average score 4.53 to 2.24,pass rate was 83.33%,high-quality bowel preparation rate was 30.0%,control group Ottawa score average score 3.40 to 1.79,pass rate was 70%,high-quality bowel preparation rate was 26.67%,observation group The Ottawa score was significantly better than that of the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in the Ottawa score between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of the observation group and the control group in terms of intestinal gas bubbles,patient tolerability,and adverse reaction of patients showed no results.Statistical differences(P>0.05).Conclusion: The observation group received Linggu mixture combined with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder on intestinal preparation,compared with the control group which received the polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder on intestinal preparation can significantly improve the intestinal preparation cleanliness,qualified rate of Ottawa score and high-quality of intestinal preparation ratio.Therefore,the combination of Linggu mixture and polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder can be used as intestinal preparation of patients with chronic constipation in clinical application.更多还原
