基于云服务的装修工程项目进度管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着互联网+的时代到来,将企业信息管理系统应用到传统行业中已经十分常见,如客户关系管理系统,库存管理系统,供货链管理系统等等,几乎覆盖所有的传统领域。然而由于装修工程项目管理的特殊性,就装修工程项目的进度协同管理系统目前市场还没有出现。项目管理系统的核心就是资源的整合和以及“线上线下”信息的及时互通。因此,建立一套装修工程项目进度管理平台变得极为重要,且有助于减少管理和运营成本,提高协助和个人工作效率。本文就基于云服务的装修工程项目进度管理平台的设计、开发与测试做了详细的分析和研究。首先,对实现系统的相关技术进行介绍,重点介绍了平台使用到的Structs+Spring+Hibernate框架技术,详细介绍系统运用到的设计模式,并对系统云部署的技术进行了介绍。然后,进行流程分析,分析了系统的业务流程和数据流程,指出系统需要满足进度执行过程的高效协作和对执行风险的通知。此外,文章还对系统的角色进行分类,从操作的层面给出了系统管理员、制单人、审核人员三种角色的职责和功能。之后,对进度管理平台进行了详细设计,首先是功能设计,主要对整体功能和系统功能子模块的设计进行了详细的分析,重点从逻辑架构和表结构两方面进行详细设计。文章还对逻辑层次结构,控制层业务流程和物理网络结构进行详细设计。还重点对进度管理,进度执行反馈和协作管理、信息维护管理、系统管理四个模块的详细设计与实现进行详细与介绍。最后,对系统的进行测试,减少了测试的方法和测试的结果,对测试结果进行了详细的分析说明。本文结合装修工程项目行业特点与管理问题,以进度组织为主线,串联与此相关的人力、时间资源,设计出建筑项目进度管理系统,一套资源与实际变化的联动性更高的应用软件。它能实现提高进度管理协作效率,降低延期风险的目标,能在一定程度上切实解决行业需求和问题,应用前景广阔。

【Abstract】 With the arrival of the era of Internet plus,the application of enterprise information management system to the traditional industry has been very common,such as customer relationship management system,inventory management system,supply chain management system and so on,covering almost all of the traditional areas.However,because of the particularity of the management of the decoration project,the current market of the schedule coordination management system of the decoration project has not yet appeared.The core of the project management system is the integration of resources and the timely exchange of information under "online and offline".Therefore,establishing a set of progress management platform for decoration projects is extremely important,and helps to reduce management and operation costs,improve the efficiency of assisting and personal work.This thesis makes a detailed analysis and Research on the design,development and testing of the schedule management platform of the decoration project based on cloud service.First,we introduce the related technologies of the system implementation,especially introduce the Structs+Spring+Hibernate framework technology used by the platform,introduce the design mode applied in detail,and introduce the technology of system cloud deployment.Then,we do the process analysis,analyze the business process and data flow of the system,point out that the system needs to cooperate efficiently with the execution process and inform the execution and execution risk.Besides,the role of the system is classified.From the operational level,the responsibilities and functions of the three roles of the system administrator,the single person and the auditor are given.After that,the schedule management platform is designed in detail,first of all,function design.The design of the overall function and system function sub module is analyzed in detail,especially from the two aspects of logical structure and table structure.The article also gives a detailed design of the logical hierarchy,the control layer business process and the physical network structure.It also focuses on the detailed design and implementation of four modules,including schedule management,progress execution,feedback and collaborative management,information maintenance and management,and system management.Finally,the system is tested,and the methods and results of the test are reduced,and the results of the test are analyzed in detail.Combined with the industry characteristics and management problems of decoration projects,this paper designs a construction project schedule management system based on schedule organization and related manpower and time resources,a set of application software with high linkage between resources and actual changes.It can improve the efficiency of schedule management and reduce the risk of delay.It can solve the industry needs and problems to a certain extent,and has broad application prospects.
