船舶气电混合动力推进系统能量效率分析

【摘要】 天然气作为清洁燃料是未来船舶发动机发展的必然趋势,以天然气发动机和蓄电池作为动力的船舶气电混合动力推进系统解决了纯气体发动机推进系统的加速性能不足、航行的稳定性差、纯电动船舶续航力短的问题,具有低排放、高效率的优点。因此,本文对船舶气电混合动力推进系统的能量流路径、能量效率、能量影响因素进行研究,为船舶气电混合动力推进系统应用提供理论支撑。首先,进行了船舶气电混合动力推进系统总体方案概念设计,采用天然气发动机、永磁同步可逆电机、气动离合器、减速齿轮箱、锂离子蓄电池组、螺旋桨等组成并联混合动力推进方案,利用Simulink仿真平台上建立了系统仿真模型,在此基础上对船舶气电混合动力推进系统进行能量效率分析。针对船舶气电混合动力推进系统不同工作模式下的能量利用,研究了按推进特性运行的船舶主机试验模式E3测试循环工况不同蓄电池剩余电量SOC状态、不同混合度对该动力系统能量消耗的变化规律,得出了影响机理。针对船舶气电混合动力推进系统各工作模式能量效率影响因素量化分析,研究了E3工况不同气体机效率、永磁同步电机效率、蓄电池组效率对该动力系统能量效率影响的变化规律,得出了影响机理。

【Abstract】 Natural gas as a clean fuel is the inevitable trend of future marine engine development,and with natural gas engine and battery as power of the marine gas-electric hybrid system solved the acceleration of pure gas engine propulsion system performance insufficiency,the problem of poor stability,electric ship short navigation range.In this context,the marine gas electric energy flow path,the energy efficiency analysis,the influences on energy and energy management method were studied.First,the design concept of the marine gas-electric hybrid system is established using the parallel structure,by the natural gas engine,permanent magnet synchronous reversible motor,pneumatic clutch,gear box,lithium ion battery,propeller,etc.The simulink model of the system is established.On this base,analyses the energy efficiency of the energy efficiency.To research the use of energy in different work mode of gas-electric hybrid system,analyses the change rule of different state of SOC,the mixing degree of the power system energy consumption under E3 working condition.To research the influnce infactor of energy efficiency in different work mode of gas-electric hybrid system,analyses the change rule of different energy of the marine gas-electric hybrid system,permanent magnet synchronous motor efficiency,battery efficiency of the energy efficiency under E3 working condition.
