【摘要】 体育产业近些年一直是体育领域研究的热点问题,具有发展潜力大、关联度高、资源消耗低、附加值高、产业链条长、带动作用强等特点,对于促进国民健康、拉动经济增长、调整产业结构、增进社会和谐、建设体育强国有着重要意义。随着社会经济的不断发展,小康社会的进一步深入,体育产业迎来了发展的黄金期。长沙作为湖南省经济、文化的制高点,对带动发展、引领方向方面的作用尤为显著。迈克尔·波特的竞争优势理论是产业经济学的理论经典,对产业竞争环境的分析、竞争战略的制定影响深远。因此,本文以竞争优势理论为理论支撑,在前人研究的基础上,结合长沙市体育产业发展的实际情况,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法、比较分析法分别从静态视角和动态视角对长沙市体育产业发展的竞争优势和不足进行了分析,并提出了发展对策。得出以下结论:长沙市体育产业总体实力在不断增强,产业的覆盖面在不断扩大,社会参与程度逐渐密集,产业需求在不断上涨,体育产业发展的竞争力进一步加强,体育发展的重视程度进一步被提高。长沙市体育产业总量偏小,增长方式以粗放型为主,结构不尽合理,非主体产业的体育用品一家独大;运动场地不足,核心场馆欠缺;赛事资源不足,特别是品牌赛事欠缺;人力资源充足,但人力资本欠缺,人才培养机制还不完善;体育消费水平不断增长,呈多样化、多元化趋势,但总体水平较低,对于大众体育消费的激发程度不够,还不足以成为经济发展的新增长点。长沙市体育产业的发展基本在政府的保护中进行,通过法律和政策工具,使得资源流向体育产业,市场化、商业化程度低,市场竞争不足,体育产业发展还不成熟。静态视角下,长沙市体育产业发展在区位、人力资源、科技基础、需求条件以及政府政策方面有着较强的竞争力;而体育文化、人力资本、体育的科技应用与创新、相关性和支持性产业发展滞后则是体育产业竞争力的不足。动态视角下,随着长沙综合实力的不断提升,体育功能需求和体育多元变化为体育产业提供了丰富的发展方式;注重集约化和市场化,从互联网和旅游业去挖掘体育产业发展潜力,将为其带来了新的动力和持续的竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sports industry in recent years has been the hot issue in research of sports,has great development potential,high correlation,low resources consumption,high added value,long industry chain,the characteristics of leading role,to promote national health,stimulating economic growth,adjusting industrial structure,promote social harmony and has great significance to the construction of sports power.With the continuous development of social economy,the further well-off society,sports industry ushered in the golden period of development.As the commanding heights of the economy and culture of Hunan province,Changsha to drive the development,leading the direction of the role of particularly significant.Michael porter’s competitive advantage theory is a classic,the theory of industry economics and the analysis of industrial competition environment,the competition strategy.Therefore,this article on the theory of competitive advantage theory,on the basis of previous studies,combined with the actual situation of the development of sports industry in Changsha city,using the method of literature,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,respectively from the perspective of the static and dynamic Angle of view for the development of the sports industry in Changsha city competitive advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,and puts forward some development countermeasures.The following conclusion:Changsha city sports industry overall strength in the growing,expanding the coverage of the industry,social participation gradually intensive,industry demand is rising,to further strengthen the development of sports industry competitiveness,sports development importance is further improved.The sports industry in Changsha city is small,and the growth pattern is dominated by extensive and unreasonable structure.Lack of sports ground and lack of core venues;Insufficient resources,especially the brand event competition.The human resources are abundant,but the human capital is deficient,the talent training mechanism is not perfect;Sports consumption level rising,showed a trend of diversification and diversity,but the overall level is low,the stimulation of the mass sports consumption is not enough,not enough to become the new growth point for economic development.Changsha,with the development of sports industry basic in the protection of the government,by law and policy tools,makes the resources flow to the sports industry,low degree of marketization,commercialization,market competition is insufficient,the sports industry development is not yet mature.In the static view,Changsha city sports industry develops in the region,human resources,science and technology foundation,requirements and government policy.However,sports culture,human capital,sports science and technology application and innovation,relevance and supportive industry lag are the disadvantages of sports industry competitiveness.With the development of the comprehensive strength of Changsha,the demand of sports and the diversity of sports have provided a rich way of development for the sports industry.Focusing on intensive and marketization,the development of the sports industry from the Internet and tourism industry will bring new momentum and continued competitiveness.更多还原
