卡多赞处理和不同保鲜薄膜袋包装对建阳桔柚保鲜效果的影响
Effects of KaDoZan Treatment and Different Film Bag Packaging on Storage Behavior of ’Jianyang Tangelo’ Fruit

【摘要】 桔柚是从国外引进的杂柑类新品种,果实扁圆,果皮金黄色,有蜡质光泽,油胞较突出,果皮较厚,果肉橙黄色,无核,肉质细嫩,多汁,兼有橘和柚的风味。目前主要在福建省南平、三明、宁德及浙江省丽水、庆元等地培育种植。桔柚是属于柑橘类水果,保鲜温度不可过低,采后生理代谢旺盛,贮藏过程不确定因素多,风险大。本试验以产自福建的建阳桔柚为材料,研究不同浓度卡多赞处理及不同保鲜薄膜袋包装对建阳桔柚在(10±1)℃、90%相对湿度下贮藏的保鲜效果。主要研究结果如下:1、与对照相比,采后不同浓度卡多赞(稀释250,500,750和1000倍)处理都可以延缓贮藏期间建阳桔柚果肉可溶性固形物(TSS)、可滴定酸(TA)、糖类和维生素C含量的下降;使建阳桔柚果实呼吸强度在贮藏期间保持在较低水平,减少果实的失重,降低果皮细胞膜透性的增加速度,延缓果皮叶绿素的降解和类胡萝卜素含量的下降;使果实在贮藏期间拥有较高的好果率,有效延缓感病指数和枯水指数的增加。其中以稀释500倍的卡多赞处理保鲜效果最好。因此,采后500倍液的卡多赞处理可以作为建阳桔柚果实在(10±1)℃下贮藏,保持果实品质的适宜处理条件。2、与普通薄膜袋、打孔薄膜袋包装相比,微孔保鲜薄膜袋包装能够使包装袋内保持较高的O2和较低CO2含量,有利于调节建阳桔柚果实的呼吸强度,减少果肉中乙醇的积累,并保持建阳桔柚果实较高的可溶性固形物、可滴定酸度、维生素C和类胡萝卜素含量;使果实在贮藏期间拥有较高的好果率,有效延缓感病指数和枯水指数的增加;保持建阳桔柚果实良好的外观色泽。综合结果可知,三种保鲜薄膜袋包装对建阳桔柚的保鲜贮藏效果为:微孔薄膜保鲜袋包装>打孔保鲜薄膜袋包装>普通薄膜保鲜袋包装。
【Abstract】 Tangelo is a new cultivar of hybrid citrus introduced from abroad.It is oblate in shape and golden in color.With oil sacs slightly pop out,the peel is thick and presents a waxy luster.The orange-colored pulp is tender,juicy and coreless,and has a combined flavor of orange and grapefruit.At present,tangelos are mainly cultivated in Nanping,Sanming,and Ning De of Fujian Province as well as Lishui and Qingyuan of Zhejiang Province.Tangelo is a kind of citrus fruit,so it cannot be preserved in a very low temperature.In addition,tangelos metabolize vigorously after harvested which leads to uncertain risks during reposition.The fruit of ’Jianyang Tangelo’ were used as the experiment material.The effects of different concentrations Kadozan treatment and different film bag packaging on harvested ’Jianyang Tangelo’ fruit during storage at(10±1)℃ were investigated.The major results were showed as follows:1.KaDoZan treatment had a fresh-keeping effect to the tangelos.Among others,the 500-times dilution treatment of KaDoZan performed the best.While the respiration intensity under this treatment was the lowest,the nutrient contents such as those of soluble solid,sugar,acid,vitamin C and caritinoid were the highest.The number of healthy fruit was the biggest and the disease infection rate was the lowest.The rate of weight loss and low water index were the lowest,which led to a better fresh-keeping effect than other treatment.Also,the color tone of the fruit peel was at its best.2.Compared with the perforation film bag and common PE film bag packaging,there was higher O2 and lower CO2 content in micro-perforation film bag,which could be beneficial to regulate respiration obviously,maintain higher contents of total soluble solids,titratable acidity and vitamin C in pulp of ’Jianyang Tangelo’ fruit,decrease the accumulation of ethanol in pulp,reduced the decay and low water index of ’Jianyang Tangelo’ fruit and keep higher commercial acceptable fruit rate.From the results it can be seen that the storage results of ’Jianyang Tangelo’ fruit packaging with different kinds of film bag during storage at(10±1)℃ were micro-perforation film bag>perforation film bag>common PE film bag.
