内蒙古自治区土默特右旗胡洞沟泥石流治理工程设计

【摘要】 胡洞沟位于内蒙古自治区土默特右旗威俊村,大地构造属于华北地台北缘,内蒙古台隆和鄂尔多斯台坳两个二级构造单元交汇地带,三级构造单元处于阴山断隆。第四纪以来区内以上升为主的地壳运动十分活跃,新构造活动频繁,主要表现为升降运动强烈,北部山区由于不断抬升,从而使沟谷流水深切,形成许多“V”型谷,为泥石流的发生提供了地形条件。该沟地处内蒙古高原,为大青山南侧-南北向冲沟,其地形切割强烈,沟谷发育,沟谷两侧基岩裸露,谷底被第四系冲洪积砂砾石覆盖,总体地势为北高南低。在遇到强降雨天气时,该沟容易发生泥石流灾害。本文在综合分析国内外泥石流防治现状及发展动态的基础上,结合内蒙古自治区土默特右旗胡洞沟泥石流治理工程勘查报告,依据胡洞沟泥石流性质、泥石流动力参数,沟道土体参数进行治理工程设计,并通过基础埋深计算、高度计算、稳定性计算,抗倾覆性验算及应力计算来确定排导工程设计。排导工程设计为导流堤,其断面为梯形、浆砌石结构,满足《泥石流灾害防治工程设计规范》要求。本次设计的导流堤能够提高输沙能力,增大输沙粒径,将泥石流在控制条件下安全顺利的排泄到指定区域,保护堤岸居民生命财产安全。因此,本设计具有可操作性。
【Abstract】 Hu Dong Gou in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region banner Wei Jun Cun,tectonic belongs to the northern margin of the North China platform,Inner Mongolia platform uplift and depression Erdos station of two two grade tectonicunit intersect,three tectonic units in Yinshan uplift.The zone to rise since the Quaternary crustal movement mainly is very active,new tectonic activity is frequent,mainly for the lifting movement is intense,the northern mountainous area due to the continuous uplift,which make the valley water deeply,the formation of many "V" type Valley,provides terrain conditions for debris flowoccurrence.Based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and international situation and development trend of debris flow control on the combination of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Hu Dong Gou,turned Right Banner of debris flow control engineering exploration report,according to the dynamic parameters of Hu Dong Gou debris flow properties,debris flow,management of engineering design of channel soil parameters,and through the basic calculation of buried depth,height calculation,calculation of stability,anti overturning stability checking and stresscalculation to determine the drainage engineering design.Drainage engineering design for diversion dike,the cross section is a trapezoid,masonry structure,meet the "standard" design of debris flow disaster prevention project requirementsDiversion dike this design can improve the transport capacity,transport sediment grain size increases,the discharge under controlled conditions the safety and success of the debris flow to the designated area to protect the lives and property of residents,the embankment safety.Therefore,this design has the maneuverability.
