基于DELMIA的热冲压生产过程仿真与优化研究

【摘要】 冲压作为汽车生产的四大工艺之一,一直都是汽车制造厂家非常注重的生产环节。由于冲压生产环境的特殊性,需避免压力机与自动化设备的碰撞,使得人们对生产工艺规划的安全性及可靠性有了更高的要求,而传统的规划方法是现场生产状态的调试,不能在生产之前对生产过程中可能出现的问题进行预测并解决。随着计算机及虚拟制造技术的发展,虚拟仿真优化方法应用到覆盖件冲压生产过程中已成为现代冲压工业发展的趋势,开发自动化冲压生产过程仿真系统对提高冲压技术水平有重大意义。在计算机虚拟环境中完成生产线的建模和仿真,对自动化生产过程进行研究,不仅可以极大地节省生产线设计的费用,而且可以提高生产效率,节约制造成本。研究具体内容如下:(1)在DELMIA虚拟环境中基于模块式思想对热冲压生产过程进行仿真建模,提出了CGR格式轻量化模型的装配与运动仿真方法,对数据量大的冲压模具进行轻量化处理;在DELMIA/DPM装配过程仿真模块下建立了整个热冲压生产过程的运动仿真。(2)以B柱热冲压生产为例规划出各生产设备的运动时间及整个生产周期,提出了一种基于轴向包围盒干涉检测方法原理的生产节拍优化方法,通过这一方法优化了B柱热冲压生产节拍。(3)不同冲压件生产过程的仿真模型不同,在DELMIA软件的基础上提出了一个适合不同模具的通用仿真解决方案,开发的仿真系统实现了同一条生产线上不同模具的自动装配、交互式生产过程工艺规划及生产过程仿真分析,能提前预测并解决生产过程中可能产生的问题,为生产过程工艺的制订提供可靠依据。
【Abstract】 As one of the four major process of automobile production,stamping has long been a important process in the car factory.Due to the particularity production environment of stamping,collisions between press and automation equipment may happen in production line planning stage.Traditional metheod can’t predict and solve the possible problems before actual production.With the development of computer and virtual manufacturing technology,simulation optimization method is applied to the stamping production process and become a trend of modern press industry.Developing simulation system of automatic stamping production process is of great significance to improving the level of stamping technology.Modeling and Simulation of production line in virtual environment,conduct ing the research to the automation of the production process,not only can save a lot of production line design costs,but also can improve the production efficiency and save the cost of manufacture.The main work in this paper is concluded as follows.(1)Based on the modularization,the simulation model of hot-forming production is built in the DELMIA virtual environments.Stamping die model is converted into lightweight model.One method of kinematic simulation and assembly based on lightweight model is proposed.The motion simulation of the hot-forming process is built based on DELMIA/DPM simulation module.(2)Taking the B-pillar hot-forming for example,this paper plans the moving time of the production equipment and the whole production cycle.One method of Tatk time optimization based on axial bounding box collision detection theory is proposed.Through this method,optimization of Tatk time of B-pillar hot-forming is implemented.(3)The simulation model is different according to the forming parts.Based on the DELMIA platform,this paper researches the model of hot-forming and develops a general simulation system which is suitable for different forming dies.It achieves the movement of automatic assembly,interactive process planning and simulation result analysis.It can also predict in advance the problems that may arise in the process and solve them,such as interference.
