【摘要】 随着科技的发展和和生活水平不断提高,人们对于购买手机的需求也日益强烈。但是在国内,有很多人的工资水平还不足以满足他们在购买中高端手机上的需求。而且,传统银行的业务模式操作繁琐,往往不能及时地为用户提供相应的借贷服务。同时,还有很大一部分人因为额度低等原因被传统的银行拒之门外。因此,国内市场上出现了新的消费金融产品,它们主要通过互联网模式向具有购买手机需求的用户提供小额信贷的服务。它们通过在3C门店中驻守一个营业员,使其向用户提供借贷服务。当用户完成申请表后,由该营业员提交至后台管理系统,并由公司内部人员进行审核,其审核标准主要依据风控专家所制定的标准。而现有的消费金融产品耗费了过多的人力去提供服务和审核申请表;同时其后台审核标准主要依赖于风控专家,使其不能有效地、快速地向用户提供借贷服务。因此,本文通过论述Catfish系统的Web模块的设计与实现,阐述该产品如何向用户提供借贷服务,首先,其提供用户端让用户通过微信填写申请表;其次通过商户端使商家用户进行做单,从而向用户提供借贷服务;此外,本文还论述用户行为采集模块、数据采集模块向规则引擎模块提供风控数据以实现自动审核和审批,并通过机器学习模块完成风控规则的自动调整,以达到快速审核审批及持续完善风控模型。本文主要贡献包括:1)针对用户填写申请单,提出了通过Web模块的用户端使得用户能够在微信公众账号完成借贷申请流程;2)而针对如何向用户提供借贷服务的方式,提出通过Web模块的商户端,使得商家用户可以向用户进行做单,完成协助用户完成借贷申请等。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of technology and the improvement of living standards,the demand for people to buy mobile phones is increasing.But in China,there are a lot of people can’t buy the high-end phones for their low salaries.And the business model of traditional bank is cumbersome so that they can’t provide loan service timely.At the same time,there also are a great number of people being rejected by traditional bank for low credit level.Therefore,there has appeared the new financial products in the domestic market which are mainly provide users who need to buy phone with the microfinance services by setting up a salesperson in the 3C store.And when the user finish the application,the salesperson submit it to the system to be audited according to the risk rules that are created by experts.The existing finance products spend too much manpower to provide services;and the risk experts create most of the risk rules.So this paper describes how this project provides services through the design and implementation of Catfish.First of all,this paper provides user module to make the user finish application with WeChat.Secondly,this paper provides merchant module to make the merchant user do their business.In addition,this paper also discusses how user behaviour module,data acquisition module,rule engine module and the "machine learning" module work in Catfish.And the main contribution of this paper includes:1)For the process of filling in the application,it proposes the user module in Web module to make the user complete this process through the WeChat.2)And for how to provide loan services to user,it proposes the merchant module in Web module to make the merchant user do their business to help users complete loan applications.更多还原
