STEAM理念下的科学教育活动项目开发
Research on the Development of Science Education Activities Based on STEAM Concept

【摘要】 面对激烈国际竞争,各国纷纷提出相关教育措施来加强高素质人才培养。2015年,美国颁布STEAM教育法,全面实施从幼儿园到大学本科阶段的STAEM教育发展战略,引发世界各国关注。长期以来,我国中小学科学教育的学科孤立化倾向和唯分数论的导向造成学生创新实践能力培养缺失,科学素养不能得到有效提升。2017年版我国中小学课程标准建议:科学教育要与STEAM教育、科技教育等相结合。目前,国内中小学教师对跨学科教学研究偏少,往往不能正确运用STEAM教育理念。STEAM是科学(Science)、技术(Technology)、工程(Engineering)、人文艺术(Arts)、数学(Mathematics)英语单词首字母缩写组合,对应着五个学科领域。STEAM理念是一种基于STEAM学科的跨学科课程整合的和整体育人的教育理念、学习方式、教育模式,更是信息爆炸时代的一种学习范式或教育范式。通过研究发现,目前主要有基于探究设计、工程设计、项目设计、信息技术设计和校园文化建设五种教学及开发类型。本研究将在此基础上继续进行改进开发。首先,通过研究发现,STEAM理念与中国学生发展核心素养理念是一致的。笔者首先在此分析的基础上梳理出STEAM课程整合的开发理念、目标确立、内容选择、教学实施、教学评价等近10个关键环节的理论分析。然后,借鉴质性研究方法理念对以上零散理论进行归类和表格化处理,构建出一个STEAM教育课程整合分析框架表。其次,进一步概括化处理构建出STEAM教育课程整合开发概念图和STEAM教育课程整合案例综合评价表,突破了STEAM整合项目设计难点,最后提出了“5E+3I”探究教学及迭代开发、基于科学工程实践的教学及迭代开发等2种教学及迭代开发模式,这丰富了教学模式内容。其次,依据STEAM教育整合框架表,采用案例分析法分析了《自制冰激凌与火箭科学》和《制作纸飞机游戏》2个国外案例,并借鉴学习,验证了该分析框架的有效性;通过以上迭代开发模式,设计了《追寻风的足迹》和《学做简单结构设计》2个STEAM整合案例案例;采用3种评价方法对相关案例评价,即STEAM综合评价表法、逐项比较分析法和课堂教学评价法,证实案例开发有效性。最后,通过本次研究,笔者体会到了STEAM理念和科学教育相融合的意义,实现了核心素养、STEAM综合素养、科学素养和创造力的融合培养,对“马克思主义实践育人”观点有了更深刻地理解。STEAM理念和科学教育融合的本质就是基于真实情境性跨学科整合的教学实践活动来全面整体培养人的STEAM综合素养和科学素养,最终培养成具有整体性和终身性发展的创造性公民。本研究的意图是通过教学研究探索,尽力打造促进项目开发、课堂教学、教学评价、学生发展、教师成长和教学资源建设的良性循环的STEAM教育整合理念下的科学教育生态环境。
【Abstract】 Facing the fierce international competition,many countries have put forward relevant educational measures to strengthen the cultivation of high-quality talents.In 2015,the United States promulgated the STEAM Education Law and fully implemented the STAEM education development strategy from kindergarten to undergraduate level,which attracted the attention of all countries in the world.For a long time,the subject of science education in primary and secondary schools in China tends to be isolated and the orientation of score-oriented,which have resulted in the lack of cultivating students’ innovative practical ability and the inability to effectively improve their scientific literacy.The primary and secondary school curriculum standards of the 2017 edition in China suggests that the science education should be combined with STEAM education,technology education,etc,to promote students’ scientific literacy..At present,domestic primary and secondary school teachers have little interdisciplinary teaching and research,and often fail to properly apply STEAM education concepts.STEAM is an acronym combination of science,technology,engineering,humanities and mathematics English words,corresponding to five subject areas.The STEAM concept is an interdisciplinary curriculum integration based on the STEAM discipline and the educational concept,learning style,and wholly educational model.It is also a learning paradigm or educational paradigm in the information explosion era.Through the research,it is found that there are mainly five types of teaching and development based on inquiry design,engineering design,project design,information technology design and campus culture construction.This research will continue to improve development on this basis.First of all,through the research,it is found that the STEAM concept is consistent with the core concept of Chinese students’ development literacy.On the basis of this analysis,the author first sorts out the theoretical analysis of nearly 10 key links,such as the development concept,goal establishment,content selection,teaching,implementation and teaching evaluation of STEAM curriculum integration.Then,by referring to the concept of qualitative research method,the above scattered theories are classified and tabulated,and a framework table of STEAM education curriculum integration analysis is constructed.Then the conceptual map of STEAM educational curriculum integration development and the comprehensive evaluation table of STEAM educational curriculum integration cases are constructed,which breaks through the difficulties of STEAM integrated project design.Finally,two kinds of teaching and iteration are proposed: “5E+3I” inquiry teaching and iteration development,teaching and iteration development based on scientific engineering practice,which enrich the content of teaching mode.Secondly,according to the STEAM education integration framework table,two foreign STEAM integration cases,“Self-made Ice Cream and Rocket Science” and “Making Paper Aircraft Games”,were analyzed by case analysis method,and the effectiveness of the analysis framework was verified by learning from them.Through the above iteration development model,two STEAM integration cases,“Tracking the Wind Footprint” and “Learning to Design Simple Structures”,were designed.Three evaluation methods were used to evaluate relevant cases,namely,STEAM comprehensive evaluation table method,item-by-item comparative analysis method and classroom teaching evaluation method,to verify the effectiveness of case development.Finally,through this research,the author realized the significance of the integration of STEAM concept and science education,realized the integration of core literacy,STEAM comprehensive literacy,scientific literacy and creativity,and had a deeper understanding of the view of "Marxist practical education".The essence of the integration of STEAM concept and science education is to cultivate people’s STEAM comprehensive literacy and scientific literacy in an all-round way based on the teaching practice of real situation and interdisciplinary integration,and ultimately to cultivate creative citizens with holistic and lifelong development.The purpose of this study is to create a scientific education ecological environment under the concept of STEAM education integration,which promotes project development,classroom teaching,teaching evaluation,student development,teacher growth and teaching resources construction.
