基于海绵城市背景下居住景观设计研究

【摘要】 在2013年中央城镇化工作会议中明确提出了要大力建设自然积存、自然渗透、自然净化的“海绵城市”。由此,从中央层面正式把“海绵城市”确认为未来的发展导向。海绵城市指的是,在城市建设中,通过对建筑物、绿地和道路、水系等的科学规划,形成能够吸纳、蓄渗、缓释雨水的生态系统,掌握雨水径流,从而使城市实现自然渗透、自然积存以及自然净化。因此,要保证城市的可持续发展,对其进行海绵城市规划尤其关键。海绵城市理念与景观设计相结合,将成为居住区景观设计的趋势。本课题以居住小区海绵城市建设为研究对象,从分析海绵城市和居住景观设计原理开始,阐明了应该在规划设计中重视生态性、重视对居住景观设计要素的理解、重视海绵城市建设技术,从更宏观更生态的概念去考虑,通过对国内嘉兴中洲住宅项目的居住景观设计进行案例分析,总结出针对性的设计方法和原则,能够通过研究总结出适合华东地区的低成本海绵城市设计手法,使居住景观设计理念上升到新的生态高度。研究内容包括将海绵城市技术和建筑规划、建筑设计、总平面、景观设计结合起来,并在实际工程中进行示范应用,这样就能在做到处理雨水的同时,还能拥有高质量的景观效果。研究采用了文献法、案例分析法。首先讨论了本论文研究背景、意义、方法和框架,以及国内外研究综述。然后探讨了一些海绵城市理论依据,比如海绵城市理念、海绵城市建设技术体系、关键技术环节和居住景观的定义,居住区环境的综合营造,绿化种植景观设计等。再讨论分析了国外一些优秀的海绵城市建设模式,比如最佳管理措施模式,低影响开发与设计模式等。随后是案例分析部分,通过对笔者工作中参与设计开发的嘉兴中洲中央花园项目居住景观设计深入研究,如何采用合适的工程技术进行设计建设,比如地面铺装采用透水铺装材料、屋面雨水采用断接方式分散排至下凹绿地等设施、设置生物滞留(浅沟渗渠组合)渗透设置等。相信本文的研究也可以为国内外其他类似的住宅项目进行海绵城市技术研究一定的参考。
【Abstract】 In December 2013,General Secretary Xi proposed to build a "sponge city" of natural accumulation,natural infiltration and natural purification at the central urbanization work conference.The concept of sponge city plays a very important role in the sustainable development of a city.The combination of sponge city concept and landscape design has begun to become the trend of residential landscape design.Residential landscape design of Jiaxing Zhongzhou Central Garden residential project on the introduction of the sponge city concept,from a macro concept to create a more comfortable ecological residential area.The concept of city lies in the city to sponge like a sponge,has good flexibility in adapting to environmental changes and respond to natural disasters caused by rainwater,water,water,and water to water when it rains,and when needed to store the water "release" and take advantage of,so the sponge city construction the technology considered Jiaxing Zhongzhou central garden landscape design is also fully follow the principle of ecological priority,the combination of natural and artificial way measures in ensuring the safety of flood drainage area,rainwater in residential areas,accumulated infiltration and purification to the maximum,promote the utilization and protection of ecological environment of rainwater resources.The design principle is also fully considered the three level collection system.It summarizes the design technique of low cost sponge city suitable for East China,so that the concept of residential landscape design will rise to a new ecological height.We will combine sponge city technology with architectural planning,architectural design,general layout and landscape design,and demonstrate it in practical projects,so that we can also achieve beautiful landscapes while handling rainwater.A case analysis of the research of this paper is through the residential landscape design of Jiaxing Zhongzhou Central Garden residential project,summed up for the design methods and principles of.The research contents include the combination of sponge city technology and architectural planning,architectural design,general layout and landscape design,and demonstrate the application in practical projects,so that we can also achieve beautiful landscapes while handling rainwater.The study adopted the method of literature and case analysis.First,the research background,significance,methods and frameworks of this paper are discussed,as well as the domestic and foreign research summarization.Then we discuss some theoretical bases of sponge City,such as sponge city concept,sponge city construction technology system,key technology links and the definition of residential landscape,the comprehensive construction of residential environment,greening planting landscape design and so on.Then it discusses and analyzes some excellent construction models of sponge cities in foreign countries,such as the best management measures,low impact development and design patterns.Then is the part of case analysis,through in-depth study of residential landscape design in Jiaxing to participate in the design work in the development of Zhongzhou central garden project,how to use appropriate technology for engineering design and construction, such as pavement adopting permeable pavement materials,roof rainwater by breaking the connection mode dispersion row to the concave green facilities,set the bioretention(shallow ditch seepage channel combination)penetration settings.It is believed that the research of this article can also be a reference for other domestic and foreign similar residential projects in the technology research of sponge city.
