多频宽带低剖面基站天线及其阵列关键技术研究

【摘要】 高性能小型化基站天线的设计与实现问题是现代移动通信系统在当前和未来长期一段时间内都必须面临和逐步解决的重点、难点问题。基于此,本论文专门提出了一种多频覆盖、双列共置的基站天线解决方案,并在低剖面、窄宽度的物理条件下实现良好电路、辐射特性。本论文主要研究双列、多频宽带基站天线所面临的高性能和小型化问题并研制对应的原理样机。论文主要工作包括:首先,提出了低频(0.69~0.96GHz)、高频(1.71~2.69GHz)单元各自对应的辐射体和馈电网络的独立技术方案。其次,结合高、低频独立方案的系统集成性,设计出一种高性能共轴基站天线单元。该共轴单元在286×286×81mm~3的尺寸约束下,能够对2G/3G/4G移动通信频段理想覆盖。再者,以共轴单元为基础,在小型化条件(宽度不大于356mm、高度不高于90mm等)约束下,完成了高频列、共轴列双列共置的5+5+3全阵列模型辐射特性的摸底。重点解决了全阵列的拓扑结构和小型化布局等诸多基本电磁和机械问题。然后,有针对性地提出了简化模型,并验证了该方案的可行性。在类-3+2模型基础上进行传输馈网布局、端口匹配等电路优化设计。最后,研制了类-3+2阵列的原理样机并进行实测验证。其实测结果验证了该天线阵列方案的可行性。
【Abstract】 The design and implementation of high-performance miniaturized base station antenna is the key and difficulty issue that LTE/5G cellular mobile communication system have faced and must be solved step by step at present and in the future for a long period of time.Based on this,this paper proposed a multi-band and dual-row solution exclusively for a base station antenna,which have achieved good electrical and radiation characteristics under the miniaturized and low-profile physical condition.This thesis mainly studies the issues of high-performance and miniaturization that dual-row multi-band base station antennas have faced and develops corresponding prototype.The main works are as follows:firstly put forward the independent technical scheme of radiator and feed for LF(0.69~0.96GHz)and HF(1.71~2.69GHz)units respectively.Secondly,based on the LF and HF independent solution,a high-performance coaxial base station antenna unit has been designed,which cover 2G/3G/4G mobile communication frequency bands under the size of 286×286×81mm~3.Moreover,based on the coaxial unit,a dual-row 5+5+3 array model have appraised under the miniaturized condition of 356mm in width and 89mm in height.We focus on basic electromagnetic and mechanical issues like topology structure and miniaturized layout of full array.And then,puts forward a simplified model which has been verified to be feasible.Based on this class 3+2 model,we finished circuit optimal design like transmission FNs layout and port matching.Finally,class 3+2 array prototype has been manufactured and measured.The measured results proved the feasibility of this antenna array scheme.
